Just yesterday, I started to get all my junk and spam in my inbox.  I have searched this site endlessly, and done everything it says, and nothing is stopping these junk/spams from going directly to my inbox.  Is there anything that can fix this?  If not, how can I advise every one of the people/businesses that email me of a new address so I don't have to use the one that is being compromised?
I have had my msn.com account set on exclusive and now my spam mail is getting into my inbox. So I put all those addresses into my blocked folde and now the emails are getting past my blocked addresses and into my inbox. What can I possibly do?

Thank you,
Martha
I purchased a subscription to office university 365 but I was unable to download it, when I went back into my account to try to download it again I couldn't find it. what can I do?
Since I was switched from hotmail to Outlook I cannot find out how to delete my folders.
Hi i am looking to retrieve an old @msn.com hotmail account that i have not been on in awhile. I need it to get a password reset link for social media. The account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Whenever i try and reset the password to this account, it says account is not found. So if the account is inactive how do i activate it again?
I'm having similar issues. All of a sudden I'm asked to acquire a code in order to continue using my email account (I have two and one works fine). This routine then is asking questions about past passwords I've used, date of birth and even the last four digits of a credit card. Sounds fishy to me. I think I'm simply going to open an account with gmail or such place as that. Not outlook.
It just started a couple of days ago but all of a sudden I am getting JUNK mail in my Inbox instead of in my junk folder..I  have not changed any of my settings...

In my user account I have a special SkyDrive folder; when I drop something there, it goes to SkyDrive. But I want another folder to be synchronized, beside SkyDrive folder; for example, I want my "Music" folder to by synched, without throwing it into "SkyDrive" folder.

Can I do it? I tried, but it doesn't seem to work. If the answer is no, then will I be able to do such thing in upcoming Windows Blue (8.1)?
