I am trying to reset my password and filled out the ACSR form without success. My response states I have set the two step verification process so my request is ignored. I do not recall setting this up and would like to get back into my emails. Is there any way the two step verification process turned off and can I get a ticket number for my ACSR request?
I am trying to CLOSE my account. I had the account as a "junk mail" account and I do not want it to exist anymore. I go to the place for closing it, I enter my password, and I get the message:
We can't show you that page
Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes
What I have tried:
- I have checked back after hours.
- I have tried in different browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, and a browser on my Android device
- I have cleared cache and reset the browsers
- Tried a different device
All have failed.
Please advise.

When I first log in to my computer it shows my old email account instead of my new account and when I go login to my Microsoft account to access settings it always shows my old email account and I have to click sign in different account... Where and how

Is it possible to enable my account to reset any account's password in any domains those under my control ( including future ) ?
I'm a Hosting Service provider. And then I offer free configuration service for my customer those want to use Windows Live E-mail with their domain.
The problem begin with I found some account is " Already exists in Windows Live " and I have to "Import" them without permission to reset password.
And most of customer already forgotten their Windows Live Id's password.
If it possiple to enable reset password option for my account with domain that I added in the future it will be grateful :D

I already used security code to verify my account several days ago. Now "call us overprotective" wants to do it again, but when I try, NO CODE is sent to my alternate address. What do I do??
