Hi, I get some of my junk mail in my inbox. I tried raising the security to exclusive and still get junk mail. How can I solve this problem?
My inbox is now being infiltrated by all sorts of junk mail. Despite blocking future junk mail and future junk mail in my inbox, it still comes, up to 80 or so a day. I have also changed my password, but still no improvement.The junk mail seems to hail
from United States banks and businesses and credit places, along with the usual ones wanting to hook up, etc. Should I close this account and open another with google instead of hotmail?
Please help! I tried to reset my password for my hotmail account (which I haven't used in 3 years) and it says the account does not exist. What do I do?
When I look at the pictures in the album the file name is there, but when I go to slide show it is not.
I bought a new computer with Windows 8. I set it up using my current email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and it created a Microsoft live account under that email address. The problem is, I already have a Live account that I set up through Xbox live, it is still current and it has all of my information already set up. The only problem with that account is the email address that I have the Xbox live account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) set up under is a dead email. I no longer have access to it and haven't for years. I never had to log in because it was already saved in my Xbox.
What I tried to do was use that old account on this new computer so I attempted to change the aliases. I input the email address that I use for everything now, including to set up the computer, and it was denied. The message was "This email address is already in use". So I logged in to that new account that I created and closed it completely. Then I logged back in to that old account and attempted to add my email address to it as an alias and received the same message "This email address is already in use". So I logged back out and tried to recover the account that I just closed with the same email address (the new one) and the message said "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account."
So now I cannot access the new account that is linked to the computer which means that I cannot sign into Microsoft Live or Xbox live on this computer and while I can log in to my old account, where all of my information is saved, it isn't linked to this computer and is useless.
At the very least I would like to be able to recover my new account. I have already called Microsoft and they directed me to the recovery website and it did not work. Ultimately, what I would like to have happen is have the new email address completely removed from the system so that I can use it as an alias in my old account. Then once I add it as an alias, I would remove the old email address. Once that account has my new email address as its primary alias, and it matches the email address that I used to setup this computer, I should be able to log in to Microsoft Live or Xbox live on this computer and purchase apps, games, or whatever.
The Problem is, nothing that I have tried has worked. Please help
I have two emails; one is "me"@outlook.com which is my personal account and my Microsoft Account login. This was easy to add to Windows phone and syncs without issues. My other account is "me2"@"mydomain".com. "Mydomain" is hosted through Outlook.com.
With my Windows 8 phone, I have tried adding as a Microsoft account, an Outlook account, a Hotmail account, and just "other account" by entering a number of different server names, etc.
Nothing works. I have an old domain hosted through Gmail which was easy to add and doesn't have any issues.
...And before someone tells me I should post in the Windows Phone forum....Already did, they said to post here. Also, my site is hosted through GoDaddy; I have other sites hosted through GoDaddy with email hosted through Gmail and I have no problems!

I have Windows Live Mail 2011. I want to add names to the Birthday Calendar. The Properties say that if you have birthdays listed with your contact names they will appear on your calendar.
However, they do not. When I add the names manually they do not show up with the assigned color. Any ideas? I feel like I am going around in circles.
I do not have Outlook
When I look where you pick whether to display in the right, bottom or off they are all three already checked with a dark black dot. I can't change these. I was a Hotmail account that was changed to Outlook. After many other squirrely things happening,
I would normally reinstall the program but I'm afraid that since I didn't buy it but was changed to it, that I won't be able to download it without a charge. Any suggestions as to the problem?
I have two x-box accounts on two different microsoft accounts that I no longer use. I have forgotten the passwords to those two old accounts. I have gamertag L1TTLEJOHN19 on my old sympatico *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and the second gamertag LITTLEJ0HN8 on my old
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Since the security upgrades, both consoles require to be signed in to the microsoft account which I cannot do. I do not want to loose these accounts and the credits and games associated to these gamertags.
