Now Getting Security Certificate Issues from https:\\col128.mail.live.com

Can no longer download any attachment or see any images with my hotmail that connects to the above directory.  I have had this email account for many years and just recently the problems started happening, after the Outlook.com problems during the past week.  The same holds true no matter what computer I use, or what browser I use. I have tried with Explorer, Chrome and Firefox on two different computers.  A second hotmail account we have at our house (That connects to a different .live directory is working fine).  It appears to be a problem with Microsoft's Security Certificate on their site https:\\col128.mail.live.com.  I can forward my emails to my .gmail account and see everything just fine! Don't know how I can report this problem to Microsoft or what else I can do to make this work again.  

Chrome always says thet Outlook.com page is not the page I am looking for and could be harmful.

Whenever I sign in to Outlook.com I always get a red page in chrome saying that this is not the page I am looking for and it could harm my computer to carry on. Also when I an in Outlook it is not on a secure  https connection. 

Anybody else have this problem and has anyboy managed to rectify this?

My e-mail account was deleted, all my other accounts tied to it, such as my Origin account is no longer accessible due to this. What can YOU do to solve this? *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have a very frustrating problem. I make the movie, i.e. download the clips to movie maker, edit them and add captions etc and then I save it like I would save any other Microsoft file/document but when I try to open the movie again the clips won't open. I can see that the clips are there but they have a yellow triangle and it says that the clip is lost and it cannot find it. I do not know what I am doing wrong! I just save the movie and then it says that the clips are lost and will not open. Any ideas?
