In 2012 I was asked to change my password and the next day my hotmail became inaccesseble. I've contacted for a couple of days microsoft and given them all information I had (even those tha I only couold have) but they were not willing to assist nor to
provide me with a new temporary password. I was luckky that I had still 30 mails on my I phone so I created a new hotmail account and forwarded the messages from my phone to the new e mail address. But I lost out on several opportunities and my contact addresses

I receive the following message when i try to send a new message or try to reply to an emai in outlook
"Sorry, it looks like there was an error. Please try again.
Ok"
When I sign out, I am taken to the UK page not the CANADIAN page.
Can anyone tell me how to change this please?

My email account got hacked probably in the last week or fortnight and only realized it when my iphone kept displaying the message of "unable to retrieve information as your hotmail password doesnt match". Its really really important as it is linked with
most of my accounts on facebook and twitter etc. I mostly use it only through my iphone and not for sending any emails etc, as I have a separate official account for those purposes.
Also, I've tried the form that I'm asked to fill but it is of no use as my requests keep getting denied. I've tried my best to give all the information possible but there is not much I remember as I have not changed my password in over 2 years and I set
my security questions years back and I dont remember the exact answer. Also, the alternative email that I had set has also been changed by the hacker as it is not the one that I had set. Please please someone help me it is very important that I recover this
account.

As of 8/24 I stopped receiving emails in my outlook.com account from my main email which I am currently forwarding to outlook. My main email is also setup as an alias account on my outlook.com account so that my sent emails show as they are from my main
account.
I have checked all the filters and blocks in outlook.com and there is nothing there. I even tried adding my main email on the "Safe List" but of course I got an error since the instructions clearly say any emails that is not that one.
My main email is part of my website hosting and uses our domain name (ie. <main email>@<domainname>.com). Our 3rd party hosting partner did some checking and they said that "outlook has marked mail from our server as spam".
Can you please help?
I keep getting SPAM mail in my inbox even though I have set filter to exclusive and put the senders in blocked sender box. The spammer is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and seems to get through all blocks. I've tried writing to microsoft but keep getting referred to same
old solutions that don't work.
I am having trouble uninstalling outlook 2003 to install 2012.
When I get to about 80% the 2012 install stops and wont let me continue, so I thought that 2003 was conflicting with the install so I tried uninstalling the program but that wont work either. I am open to any suggestions that anyone may have to resolve this
issue. Thank you.
