Hello, help please!

Today I added an @outlook.com alias and made it my primary address, replacing my @hotmail.com address. Then I was recieving the "we are updating your inbox, please wait a few minutes and try again" message, followed by a "there seems to be a problem" message. According to status reports there are no services issues with outlook.
I have tried clearing my history and updated my firefox browser as recommended on another forum, but nothing is working.

Need this problem solved ASAP

I followed your steps to recover my emails but it did not work.

None of my emails prior to March 3, 2013 exist in my inbox. I didn't realize this until I went looking for some older tax related documents and found that all my folders were empty.

How can I resolve this issue?

J
I read the posts that I can find relating to this. I logged into my Outlook account, and there was a notice, something about a security code, did I have one or did I want one, if I wanted one did I want it sent to my phone or alternate email.

I chose the email of course, and quickly found a 4 digit code, which I C&P'd to the appropriate box and got to my email.

My opening question was why did I get this notification for one account and not the other.

Upon reading those posts, does this mean I got that notification BECAUSE someone was trying to access my account???????

I would like to know please.

Thanks.
I tried this solution since I also cannot access my hotmail account through Windows Live Mail and still get the following message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (soncci) account.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

I verified the sms and changed "again"the password but nothing worked.
The only way I can access the hotmail is through hotmail.com or even my phone (Android) did work.

Suggestions?

"ATTACHMENTS"

"We're still getting set up." Man what's going on!

Leave the Menu in Outlook.com mail "ON" and quit making it appear and disappear.

If i wanna see magic i'll get off Outlook.con and turn on the TV.

I have talked to my isp today all login info is correct.  Here is message I received

Original title: contact lists

I have a contact list, imported from older mail on XP, can edit and delete fine, just can not get the Group to move to the address box in the email. The group shows in the address bar but when I try to send I get a popup that says I have not entered any addresses. What am I missing?

It's getting ridiculous,1.3 million emails in inbox and over 5000 in junk mail- how do I get rid of/delete/destroy/eliminate 90% of those. No matter which computer- old destop, brand new Mac,they won't respond after a few seconds have gone in the deleting process.
