When I launch my Windows Live Mail sometimes it says my Windstream mail account name or password is incorrect.

I have verified the information and it is correct.

Why does it work at times and not other times?

I have talked to my isp today all login info is correct.  Here is message I received

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Windstream (mccann01) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Windows firewall is not blocking windows live

I set up the Windows Live mail calendar using  a Windstream email address.   Windstream will begoing away soon and my main email address will be on charter.net.  Reminders from the calendar  are currently posted on the Windstream account.  How can I change the posting to the Charter.net account.  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
