HOTMAIL – Cant sign in

Hi.

 

I am unable to login to outlook.com website (email or password is incorrect) in my laptop however I am able to login using my iphone. The password is updated when I logged in to my iphone. I tried resetting password and still able to login to my iphone with no problem yet having the same problem on my laptop.

I wish to add published powerpoint slides tp Movie Maker. How to do this?

I have created a slideshow in Powerpoint. I wish to use some or all slides in Windows Movie Maker.
In WMM I can locate the PP slides, but they will not import and pops up the following message:

"Movie Maker does not support the selected file type"

Is there a workaround?

After changing my primary alias to and outlook.com address I have begin to receive the above error.  It has been this way for over a week.  I have also tried to change the primary alias back to my hotmail.com address without success.  I have tried to access the account from multiple browsers as well.

Is there anything else I can try?

Starting today I am unable to download a pdf or open it straight from outlook.  I have tried two different computers and two different browsers and multiple PDFs from different emails - some of which I have opened previously!  These are work related and I must have access to them.  I have a second hotmail/outlook account and am able to access PDFs there, so it is only this one account.

Can a mod PM me the IP access logs of my account? I saw a weird email in my sent items at 3:41 PM that I didn't send. I have changed my password.

My Hotmail account has stopped working as far as sending out emails.  It will receive them and save as drafts but it will not send new emails.  If I reply to an email it will not send what my response is in the body of the email.  Extremely frustrated!!!  Need assistance asap.

Hello everyone,

 

I've had the same email for years now and today when I went to log into my email it says it doesn't exist! I used it yesterday, I never changed the email, and I am sure I am not mistyping anything. I tried making a new account with my old email and it said there is already an email with that name, how is that possible??? I also can not use my Xbox live account but can still access my Facebook with the old email. I really need to get this email back up because I have important work emails on it. Please help ASAP! THANKS! Emails in custom folder not showing up

On my Iphone 4.  My emails that are in my custom folders are not showing up.  Neither are any older emails.  When I sign into my account via a computer everything is there and working.  Any help would be great

How do I close my Hotmail Account?

My Hotmail account has been hacked and it is sending virus emails to everyone in my contact list; to anyone email address that has ever emailed me and any email address that I have ever emailed. I need this account closed IMMEDIATELY, but I can not. I've gone through the close account route and keep getting the note that I have to cancel billing subscriptions. I do not have any!! I just want to close this account now!!
