After almost a year of great service, OUTLOOK.COM is now unable to access my domain account servers at Yahoo Small Business since August 1st.  This is a paid web hosting Yahoo service.  The servers are pop/smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com.  The error generated within OUTLOOK.COM is:

"We couldn't sign in to your POP3 server. Please make sure your username and password are correct."

My user name and password are correct as evidenced by everything but OUTLOOK.COM being fully able to get my mail from these servers.  This includes my Outlook 2013 client on a W8 desktop and W8 Laptop, Windows Mail (from Windows 8), Windows Phone 8 mail account, SurfacePro (using both the client and the Mail app).  And, all the above use the same settings I've used with OUTLOOK.COM.

I've had quite literally a hundred suggestions from Microsoft sources on things to check, delete and re-add the account, change ports, etc.  The latest, from a "Level 2" tech from a ticket raised on www.support.microsoft.com is that "Microsoft servers and Yahoo servers are simply not going to be able to reliably communicate."

Can this be verified as Microsoft's position?  If so, then I feel like I've done the wrong thing investing so heavily in Microsoft Windows 8 products and I'll need to completely change all my OS, Mail and Phone schemes.  I'm begging for a solution and I would pay (in fact I have paid and they had to refund my money because what I bought doesn't cover the "free" OUTLOOK.COM service).

Help!

P.

I have been able to send emails up until a couple of hours ago when i was told i had sent my limit for the day which was only 6 emails....now i am being asked to verify every time i try and send but i have no code to verify anything...need help asap
I use a shared Skydrive of a fellow employee to access our business info, and it was working perfectly until now.
I Synced their "Skydrive" documents which attached to my "Favorites" as a "Sharepoint". And when there was a hang up with a couple documents     that would not sync that I could not delete off the "Upload Center". I selected the option to "Stop syncing a folder" when I did this it permanently      stopped syncing this library. So I re-synced their Skydrive, it synced successfully with the exception of one folder. Which got hung up on multiple      files. So after trying different routes to fix this, I stopped syncing that library, again. Then when I tried to re-sync it again, it began the process but    then stopped and gave me this error message,

Error Details:
We can't synchronize this tool because of an unknown error.

And now no matter what I try to do at this point, this is what happens. I need access to my fellow employee's documents and have the ability to upload documents for her to see (i.e. a Sharepoint or "shared" skydrive). I even deleted all my previous Sharepoint and Skydrive files off my computer and uninstalled Skydrive(as a last ditch effort) and was still unsuccessful.

What can I do to fix this problem? Or is there another more or equally efficient way to share files.
Thank you

Can I know how to link my skydrive account to my gmail account.

well im not to sure on just that happened i  tried to log into my live account/gammertag, but got an error message. so i click the link and it tells me that someone else had logged onto the account so it was locked. the site then offered to send me a code to my email to  verify that its my account but when i log in i am sent to the same screen telling me someone was on my account. so i tried  to fill out the questionnaire and i don't remember anything that i put down for my info seeing as the account was made years ago. the only thing i had really was the login info and password. so my questionnaire was denied. so i guess my question is did i just lose my gammertag along with all the games i had attached to gfwl, just because some random person decided to log onto my account. im also posting this from a separate  microsoft account since i'm not allowed to do anything with my now locked account.
Outlook/Hotmail opens ok with very little problem in I.E. but when trying to open in Google Chrome the page shown above appears. Is this a problem between Outlook and Chrome, and how can it be fixed???

so, naturally, last night was everything was fine, this morning, I try to log in and it says I have an incorrect password.... ive had the same password for years, its not an easy one at all...consists of capital letters, small case, numbers, and period/comma type keys... I tried sending a reset link to my spare account...but typically, that ones password is no longer working as well... tried to do the secret answer for both of them...but it was 15 years ago when I made the question...I cant remember it for the life of me now.

I had to create a new email account just so I could send some verification letter from filling out a form. it asked for previous passwords and ive always had the same password, just different ways to put it in.....I put them all in and everything...filled the sheet out....few hours later I get a response saying they didn't feel it was accurate enough so I was denied. what the f***??? I NEED that account, it has all my emails which I DO need, some are legal emails, some are important family and etc emails....

I tried calling Microsoft, went through the whole phone call process up to the point where it talked about signing in, and then the as*hole automated voice just says "use the account.live/reset page to reset your password, bye now" WHAT THE **** IS THIS????? I want to speak to a person, theres an email I was sent yesterday that I need to open and I cant!!!!

does anyone know what I can do asap????

I am having problems with updating MX records for windows live. I have done everything required except I could put "7200" in TTL box because its the minimum value i could write there. Still DNS configuration is pending. Please help me what to do. I am really frustrated by this setup thing. My domain setup is cpanel based. Its something else I dont know. Please guide me what and how to do. Thanks in anticipation.

I have Office 365 subscription with Outlook 2013 on my desktop and I use Outlook.com as a hub for synchronizing emails and calendars.

In Outlook.com I have 4 calendars each color coded and all of the 4 calendar events show on 1 calendar page with the appropriate background color for the calendar.

Now in Outlook 2013 I created my Outlook.com account and My Calendars sees each of the Outlook.com calendars.

When I select the 4 calendars from Outlook.com it shows up as 4 separate Calendars side by side.

How can I get the 4 Calendar events to show up on 1 calendar in Outlook 2013 like it does in Outlook.com?

Thanks
