I opened up Outlook on my computer check my e-mails and to my horror I at the bottom of my screen is the message "receiving 1 of 8000 messages". I don't know how to stop this. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problems? What is the cause?

me a "We're updating you inbox, please try again in a few minutes" message when I try to access my email. I tried switching the primary alias back to my old one but that did not help. This has been going on for 5 days now. Please help!

I had 2 hotmail accounts linked. I used one password to log into both accounts. It made it so easy, and I never had any issues in 11 1/2 years. Then at the end of July, 2013 my one hot mail account was gone. I filled out the form several times to get
it back, and every time, I was told I did not provide enough information. I called Microsoft, and was told that phone support will not work on hotmail accounts. I was told to post on the public forums. I did this a few days ago. My thread has now been locked,
and I was directed to an area, where the the same form that I already filled out was. I filled it out again. I was told on July 27th, 2013 that I had been given final notification, and my account was gone. I never had any issues until this happened. My daughter
has lost years of her life via photos, because of this. We are very upset, and nothing is being done, just the same old process, which isn't working. I even had a phone number set up on the account, so I would not get shut out. I need some real help, not just
fill out the same form, which doesn't get me anywhere.
Like to have Outlook go through mac mail but cant find the correct mail server settings. Get error messages when I try to add this account to my mac mail accounts.

I have a ZTE Blade mobile phone running Android 4.2.2. I am using the outlook.com app to sync my calendar. My problem is that after an initial successful sync of my calendar once I had installed the app, when I then disconnecting my wifi connection, and
subsequently I re-connect it I can no longer sync changes to my calendar.
I am using Outlook.com as the means of getting my Outlook 2010 calendar ont my phone. Outlook 2010 and Outlook.Com appear to sync ok.
I have tried re-installing the app but this does not appear to make any difference.
I have an email account through @msn.com. I changed the name on the account so that when I email someone it shows a name change.
I initially did this from my cell phone. It said I needed a security code and it sent it to me in a text. I also deleted another email account and my former work number from ways of contacting me. I put in the code that MSN sent me where it requested it
and hit save. After several seconds, it came back and said I was not hooked to the server. I have attempted to do this from my desk top as well as my phone. I am no longer receiving emails at the email address. What happened??? All I did was change the last
name on my profile, and delete a secondary contact number and email address. It was not the primary email address.
