I accidentally deleted an email yesterday that a I need back. I have tried the restore thing but haven't gotten it back. Is there anything else I can do to get it back?

Thanks
I am unable to access my main hotmail account anymore which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  After contacting Microsoft phone support they directed me here.  Could a moderator please contact me at the posting email address?  Thank you.
I'm using Outlook 2010, The problems happened when our office switched to Microsoft 365 Outlook.

I keep an incredible amount of information in the Notes of my contacts. To keep it readable, I use a lot of formatting with color, fonts, indents, underlining etc. I also used the 'All Fields' section with User Defined Fields. None of that transferred over with the change. Fortunately, I have a copy of that Contact Database. I tried recopying it into my current one. But they change back-possibly after rebooting. I can't keep looking back at the old Outlook file and trying to keep it up to date as well as my current one. It's just not working.

I am extremely frustrated that all of my efforts have been for not and my long string of notes is just that - a non-stop run of mish-mash with no paragraph returns or anything. I have reformatted some of the contacts numerous times only to have them return to Arial 12 in all black and run together. This causes a lot of aggravation with my job because I constantly need to access this information.

Do I need to hunt for another software program that is recommended for contacts on the PC, or is there a fix for this?

[This is a re-posted question as I tried asking this issue under Office with post 1, and Nayana S M told me to post under Outlook.com with post 2, Then Kent_P replied to post 2 saying Nayana S M had responded to post 1 so my issue was addressed - which is of course not correct, since Nayana S M's reponse was not an answer but a referral to this forum for additional assistance. Unfortunately Kent_P also locked the post 2 thread so I have to start another thread here to ask the question again in the correct forum]

I get the following error when I try to synchronize Outlook 2010 with my live.com email account:

[from Sync Issues folder]

...

15:23:09 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Junk E-mail'
15:23:09 Done

15:23:09 There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.

15:23:09 Error: 4202.

My safe senders shows as the same in Outlook 2010 and on outlook.com, and my blocked senders list is empty. As suggested in KB 2230602 I've tried clearing the safe senders list both on outlook.com and in Outlook 2010, and they sync, but the error is still reported.

Interestingly, I have two PCs running Outlook 2010 that synchronize with this email account, but only one of them sees this error. I've tried deleting my OST file and resynchronizing from scratch, but the error returns after a couple of syncs. I am running Microsoft® Outlook® Hotmail® Connector 32-bit ( 14.0.6123.5001 )

Is there something that needs to be done on the server to fix this problem? Or is there some additional state on the client that I can reset?

Hi,

I am trying to add an alias to my main hotmail a/c by adding my newer outlook a/c...so that i can have all info in one place and send from either at will...it keeps saying "this is already part of your security info.

Note - my outlook address already forwards to my hotmail a/c
I've been uploading movies from Windows Movie Maker to YouTube for the past 2 days. But this one video refuses to upload. Now, the other videos, when I clicked the button to upload them, began a roughly 50 minute saving process, and then began a roughly 5 minute publishing process. I tried to upload this video several times, each time at a progressively lower resolution. It kept finishing the save process but never published; it just closed the bar that told me it was saving. Finally I clicked on "save movie", and it began the 50-minute save process again. I then closed Movie Maker and then opened up the second copy of the movie, which was suspiciously blank. Movie Maker said it was upgrading the quality of the movie, so I waited. When it was finished, the slides were just gray with a picture of a film reel in the bottom left hand corner, but the movie was still on the left side when I played it. I then closed out and opened the original copy, which looked fine. So, I gave the save another shot. Almost an hour later, it said that the movie had not been published successfully because of a bad network connection. I was connected to the internet the whole time. I had had this problem occur before, and I simply re-published the video and it worked. So I tried to publish again, but with the same result. I've tried everything I can think of, so I need some help.
