I am having problems with updating MX records for windows live. I have done everything required except I could put "7200" in TTL box because its the minimum value i could write there (3600 was mentioned in windows live mail setup). Still DNS configuration is pending. Please help me what to do. I am really frustrated by this setup thing.

My domain setup is cpanel based. Its something else I dont know. Please guide me what and how to do. Thanks in anticipation.

How can I delete my Hotmail account without being charged the $100 service fee?

I have had a Hotmail account for almost 10 years, and during that time I experienced no problems. Ever since Hotmail switched over to Outlook, my account has been hacked twice. The second hacking happened today, and as a result I want to deactivate my Hotmail account completely. I was unable to do so online, so I tried calling the Help center. The manager at the help center that I spoke to was not helpful at all, and informed me that I would be charged a $99.99 service fee in order to deactivate my free Hotmail account. I am a student paying my way through university, and I find it completely appalling that a company as large and successful as Microsoft could expect such a ridiculous fee for a simple service. The hacker spammed my entire contact list, including important work related contacts who will be extremely inconvenienced by the spam. It's extremely embarrassing and inconvenience and I just want the account deleted. I would appreciate any feedback or help.

Why can’t I add this PC to my Skydrive?

I had to get a replacement PC. Now even though I can see Skydrive and log into Skydrive and even have the Skydrive files and folders on the PC the PC does not show up on Skydrive. Also, I cannot get the Skydrive app to appear in my taskbar notification area. I am using Windows 8.

Any help is appreciated.

My home business email was associated to my gamertag and I disassociated it as a primary alias to my xbox live gamertag for professional reasons and when I went to log in to my email it said that it does not exist. I tried emailing my email from a different account and it came back as undeliverable. I then tried to recreate the email with the same email address and it said that is was already taken. Please help me with this issue. I help adults with developmental disabilities and it is important that I am able to maintain that account. Please help me resolve this issue.

Cordial saludo, quien de ustedes me puede colaborar? Al entrar a Google crome y buscar outlook automaticamente abre mi correo sin solicitarme el correo ni la contarseña. Pues lo normal es que al entrar a un buscador y buscar outlook te solicite tui correo y tu contraseña, pero esto no me ocurre el buscador entra automaticamente a mi correo sin preguntar nada. When looking at my home PC via Skydrive, I can browse to C:\Users\myname, but I need to get to C:\Users\myname\AppData, etc. to get to something in my roaming profile.

Unfortunately, in the Skydrive web interface, I can't see C:\Users\myname\AppData, because AppData in Win 7 is a hidden folder.

Is there a way to say "view hidden folders" in the web interface?

I cannot log into my account as it has been blocked, and I have tried to recover it too many times?

My account was blocked for an unknown reason, and because I tried to recover many times I was told that I would have to create a new account, this is not an option for me as I require this account for various social media sites as well as my Xbox console.

Sorry to waste space but I posted a question and can't find it again.

Just in case I didn't post it,

I transferred from browser mail in outlook/Hotmail to windows live mail.

All appeared to work well then I lost mail from inbox and other folders.

Can you please recover as much as you can and I'll remain with browser mail which I can handle.

Thanks - it's really important for me.
