Movie Maker 2012/Windows 8/Black Screen on playback

I just installed Movie Maker 2012 on Windows 8 laptop and have the same issue as others are saying with Windows 7. I get a black screen on playback. The audio is fine, but no video.

Password problems I had been forced to change my password due to your overly strict monitors....

I did not want to change it....

This is my hotmail account....

I need to get it back to the password I was using....

For personal reasons I need that password, however when I try to change it back it says I need to select a password I have never used before....

I didn't want to change it in the first place....

I can not have so many different passwords.... I can not remember them.... It shouldn't have to be so difficult....

I posted this same problem recently with an invalid response and the post was closed off so I couldn't reply.

The response gave me a link to another support area, however following the links it came to a fault. When it asked me to sign in I click on "sign in", but it took me to a blank page...

Please resolve, QUICKLY, WITH LITTLE FUSS AND WITH PROPER CONSULTANTS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...

I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF.... READ IT AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND BEFORE RESPONDING....

YOU HAVE MADE HOTMAIL IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH, YOU NEED TO NOW MAKE SURE WE GET PROPER ASSISTANCE.

Not receiving email

I've not been receiving emails on my live account (with a personalized domain name) for the past 7 days. I've checked my mail settings for blocked senders and deleted mail to free up space just in case but still now getting any emails. However, I can send email from the account and confirm it is delivered. I'm just not receiving emails.


Could someone please assist? I have some urgent mails that I believe is stuck somewhere and I need access to all my mails.

hacked and asked for photos

My email was hacked a 1 am and someone sent this to my wife from my email.  "Hey, love you so much. Was thinking it would be fun if you took some pictures for me an emailed them to me give me something fun to look at during work! haha Have a great day baby!"  I have changed the password"  I changed the password and they are somehow still hacking into the account and replying to messages?

How to import my old messages (EML) in outlook and saved from Win7 Mail

Bought a neew computer working on Win8.

Saved my message from my old computer that was on Win7 (live mail)

So I have a file with all the old messages with numbers and EML suffix.

I just want to import them to outlook...

Locked Out, Need Help overriding child permissions

Hello

I removed the birth date from my account in an effort to limit the amount of personal information linked to an old email account. I didn't realize that in doing so I would effectively lock myself out of my account. I had to create a new account just to be able to post this inquiry. I need to know how to re-access my original account and re-enter my birthday so I can access it again. I spent over an hour on the phone being bounced around to different microsoft support staff only to be informed that there isn't anything they can do and I would have to seek help here. At this point I'd even be happy completely deactivating the account just to be done with the whole affair, but eve to do that I have to be able to login. At this point, every time I try to login, I get a screen telling me that a parent has to sign me in first. How do I get around this? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why do I have to sign in to sky drive to download a photo sent to my Mac. from a PC?

I am just trying to download a photo from an email. What kind of username would I use, and there is no opportunity to get one.   I am using an iPhone. All I get is a sign on screen asking for user name (email address?) and a password.

How  can I delete "otshot" when I turn my computer on? It always comes up and says "cannot load skin? And when I close the box another one pops up   and asks  me if I want to reload my contacts from Outlook? How can I get rid of this?
