HELP!!!!
All of a sudden old messages which I want in my inbox are moved to POP I didn't change anything and checked settings have it set do not delete messages
On August 8, 2013:
I accidentally clicked on the 'close my Microsoft SkyDrive Account' because I couldn't locate the 'log off' key.
When I attempted to log in using my email address and the password, I received the following messaged the message:
'That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account.'
How can I reactivate my account using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email account?
I do not want to open a new Microsoft Sky Drive account under a different email. I would like to use the same email address which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

A year ago I created an hotmail.com email account for my minor child,
"successfully purchased Online service age verification on Saturday, June 02, 2012" (that was a $0.50 payment to Microsoft)
and joined "Microsoft Family Safety".
Now my child cannot login to the email account (error message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist").
When I go to https://account.live.com/MyKids.aspx under my own (parent) account I see a message "You have no child accounts".
I still see my child's account under https://familysafety.microsoft.com but that's pretty useless -- I need email access.
Please help, I want my kid's email account back.
why cant msn step up and help , im so sick of not being able to change my security question keeps saying its going to send me a text or call my mobile which it never does , im very upset as some scammers said they were Microsoft and asked me questions

I lost my phone, and my phone is constantly signed in to my email account. If someone gets my phone they'll be able to access my Outlook email and all of the accounts I have associated with that email. I've changed my password but I doubt that will work
as I have always been connected to my email via my phone. What should I do?

When trying to sign into his Outlook Hotmail account my husband has had a message come up telling him that he was entitled to a specific number to sign in with if there were any problems, and subsequently received a message by phone giving him a number.
I am worried in case this is some sort of scam or is this indeed a genuine message from Microsoft?

I'm having problems with accessing outlook.com with the account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".
I remember that I created the account as soon as outlook.com was released.
In the following months I didn't use it, continuing to use my other live accounts.
During these days I wanted to begin to use it more (the idea is to switch from gmail to outlook.com ...)
When I try to login I get an error ... "wrong password", I thought. the first thing I did was to go https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx here if course, but once I insert
the mail address the system tells me that "The Microsoft account is not correct. Try again".
Well, I though, maybe I remember wrong, I didn't create the account.
Well, I then went to to subcription form, but when I try to save, I get the error that "paolo.franceschini.outlook.com" is not available.
What can I do?
