why cant msn step up and help , im so sick of not being able to change my security question keeps saying its going to send me a text or call my mobile which it never does , im very upset as some  scammers said they were Microsoft and asked me questions now I don't feel anything I have in msn is safe this is total rubbish why cant yous help me regain my msn to be able to change my security question .ive been on this site before with no help and your links that you send don't go anywhere except this yellow hand cursor just comes and clicks ,pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me
