I changed my daughter's outlook.com account from UK to US domicile by mistake.

This change triggered a request  that an adult validates her account (which is more than 1y old) with a credit card.

Seeing that I tried to cancel everything. But now every time I try to log into my daughter's account outlook.com won't let me in until adult validation.

What I do is try to log in with her details which are accepted but instead of showing the inbox directly to shows a pages asking me (the father) to log in to validate the account. If do that I end up on a "Verify that you are an adult page" that now produces an error message with the following code: (40101-[2]-830cc20a-9049-4328-b838-c49783e10117)

Before this error message it showed a form asking me to fill in my credit card details. When I saw that page initially I cancelled the form and tried to reverse my change. Now I can't even get back to that form because of the error message and I can't get into the account to change the domicile back to UK. Beside, there is no way I am leaving my credit card details on your web site.

Any chance someone can fix that for me? I can PM my daughter account details to admin people if necessary. I reckon that all she needs is for her country of domicile to be set back to UK from US.

Thanks in advance.

My e-Mail is not working - I cannot open the Outlook sinc 2 days ( now we are august 30 2013 )
I have a problem with my xboxlive account. I can't get the code and still is information: We couldn't send the code. Please try again.

I can no longer send e-mail from my Hotmail (recently converted to Outlook) e-mail account on my I-phone3SG.  As per info on the web I tried erasing and then re-entering the password for the outgoing mail server.  That worked for a bit - the test e-mail I had sent came through, but then I lost the ability to send again, and re-doing this"fix" did not work again.

how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

I can't tick the box for notifications - because I can't get into HOTMAIL  !!!!!!
I have a sender who refuses to remove me from their mailing list and I have tried everything to stop their emails from ending up in my inbox. They're already on my blocked senders list but the emails keep getting through. If I mark them as junk the next one still goes into my inbox. I'm getting really frustrated. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these people without having to report them to the CRTC. The blocked sender function should be keeping them out but it isn't. Any solution would be welcome. Thanks.

I received an email from one of my friends and later found out she hadn't meant to send it. Since then, every time I send an email it sends the one I received from my friend to everyone in my address book - I'm guessing this is what happened to my friend.  I deleted the email as soon as I realised this had happened but still my hotmail keeps sending it to all my contacts every time I email something else.

I thought at first that it was a bug in my laptop so have run every debug programme I have but accessed my hotmail account from my work computer today and the very same thing happened again.

Can anyone suggest how I can fix this please??

It has been around 10 days since I was told there is suspicious activity and I need to verify my account. I chatted three times and submitted at least eight codes and finally created an alias but everything has been lost. Can you please reply with a private message to help.

Thank you
