Hi, I need your help is that the day July 31, 2012 was the day it came out and I recorded outlook.com because I wanted to have an account in that domain, but the next day I learned that you could *** Email address is removed for privacy *** renaming, which I could not for creating me in the direction I wanted to outlook.com and separately and rename failed so chooses to close the account created with the domain @ Outllook the day August 1, 2012 and leave for 365 days for the release the email and then turn the main account address passing a year now and never went back into the account you create in Outlook in order to release it.

I need to please me in their system indicating what has happened to the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** because from the August 1, 2012 I closed the account so that it can use in August 2013, the name of the account is very personal dude that someone else would take it and opt for wait idle year which has passed for use as the primary account. I need to rename my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** without losing data alias turning it into the main account that I want is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  just want to change the domain of @ hotmail, by @ outlook. They could tell me why despite having spent the year of inactivity, has been closed, I can not even rename? I need to know is what happened to that account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to use as my main account please.

when updating the proofs on my son’s account getting status code 1086

It will not let my son sign in to his xbox live account to update security. We sign in to our account on Microsoft and when I try to very that I am an adult it pulls up an expired credit card. I change the card info but it will not verify the new card giving an error code 1086 and to try again later. I have been trying to do this for several months and on different devices but it still gives me the same problem. Is there any other way to get this to go through to let me verify these accounts and that he does have permission?

Advanced Find doesn’t find messages for words in From field…

I can be looking at a piece of SPAM that's from something like:

 

"Credit Check (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)"

or

"Free Money! (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)"

or

"Woo hoo! (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)"

 

If I search for "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" I get no results.  If I search for electronicsusa, I get no results. This is true even if I search using Advanced Find. Of course if I search for "Check" or "Free" or "Woo" the messages are found, but that's kinda pointless when trying to cleanup spam like this. I can't use the email address it came from because it's garbage characters and each one is different.

 

Is there something I'm missing here?

when hot mail was my email of choice there was a mail setting tab where you could set how your header displayed giving you a complete MIME header. can it be done with this new version to automatically show?

Adding a second personal domain?

Hello! Thank you for helping a new user.

I have successfully set up Outlook.com to host email on one username on my personal domain.

I have a second domain and again use a single email username (currently hosted at GoDaddy). Can my single Outlook.com account host both email addresses? Or should I open a second Outlook.com account?

windows photo gallery does not show pictures

Windows Photo Gallery 2012 , build 16.4.3508.205 does not show anything under pictures. (or videos but at the moment I'm more concerned with looking at the pictures).

I have removed all folders from photo gallery and added the folders back in again and no pictures are shown.

I have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled the software - problem persists.

I have downloaded the fixit from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944221/en-us and that didn't do anything.

I have verified that the files and folders are not hidden and that users has change access to the files/folder.

 

If I drag and drop the folder into photo gallery it will shows the photos and folders whilst the program is open, but when I restart....nothing.

 

Screenshot attached that shows the c:\andy\pics folder already added and the blank pictures screen..

When I add c:\andy\pics via drag and drop I get the following screen (until I restart photo gallery and then it's blank again)
