So I decided to make an alias, one private email and one work related. First thing I did was making the new alias (work email) my primary email addres, not sure why.. Was experimenting. But then I didn't receive emails from my first and original email (private) on my phone anymore. I then switched my original email back to primary. But now I don't receive emails on my phone at all. And when I log on on the internet Outlook, it gives this: *pointing to attached image*. It is as if my main inbox has no email linked to it, and my two email addresses, are both aliases and secondary. What I would prefer is my old and original email adres to fill up the main inbox again, since I get mostly emails to that addres. So to actually make it how it was before..

Hi something is wrong with my account evertime I try to sign into xbox live it tells me something is wrong with a code:8015D02E i don't know what this code is or why it will not let me access my account on xbox and everytime I try and sign into microsoft
live it tells me to get a security code and I do not have that phone number or know that email address anymore is there anything I can do to help this problem go away

A few years ago I created my first email account and set the recovery account to my school email log-in at the time. I use this account for various important things however I do not moderate it as it mostly receives spam. However I recently tried to access
it and was prompted to reset my password, I tried to access it again today and it is rejecting all passwords that I have used with it. I can't remember the answer to the security question as it was long ago that I created it and the recovery email account
has been deleted as I left school a long time ago.
There is the alternative option to fill out a form to reset the password however as I don't use the email account to send things from, it is rejecting the information I put in and says that it is too minimal when I have no more information that I can put
in. I have been unable to find any other method to access the account however I need access to the account.
How else can I go about accessing the account as I have been unable to find a support email for Microsoft.

My dad was locked out of his hotmail account due to inactivity. He filled out the information to have verification that it is his. They denied his request and now he can't get into his account. How does he goes about getting back into his hotmail to access
all his important information?
My wife has a Nokia Lumia 820, as do I. About 20% of her incoming emails are received in both her Inbox and Junk and most of the emails are not junk. I do not have this problem with my account. Can you explain how to fix this for her.

I'm using the Nokia Lumia 8 and the latest version of Skydrive on my computer.
I have a to do list in excel that I update on my phone throughout the day, and want it updated when I get back home on my computer. However, it seems the file on the desktop has to closed before I can make edits on my phone. If I don't close the desktop
file, Skyrdrive on my phone saves it as a different copy of the file on the phone itself.
What I basically want it when I save excel throughout the day on my phone, my computer file should be updated simultaneously even if its open. If this is not possible, could anyone suggest a better way of maintaining a to-do list (and a calorie calculator
in excel) that can be updated throughout the day and also have the same version of the file when I get back home. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

I had created an email account some years ago it. But some hacked it a few times and I have been trying to get the account back. I have try resting it and some other methods but still not getting in and its sending the rest link to the same account that I can’t get in to. What can I do?
