subscribed calendars out of date and not refreshing

  1. So I subscribe to my calendar on tripit, 
  2. that calendar has been updated so a trip date has been changed
  3. outlook.com still shows old trip date 24hours later
  4. Removed subscribed calendar and added again, still out of date
  5. Actually went to the ics file directly and downloaded it
  6. opened it up in Outlook and its correct!!
  7. So outlook.com is basically caching old data somewhere and then ignoring new added calendars
Checking the same on google calendar and its up-to-date!

There are so many problems with outlook at the moment.

Proxy address not working with outlook.com

I've had my hotmail.co.uk address for years, until very recently a proxy address I have got set up delivered mail into my account, now there is nothing.


Forgive my lack of knowledge on this issue, but as far as I'm aware there is no email server that mail for my other address gets sent to or stored. Only a server that will redirect anything coming to that address to my hotmail address.


As such I cannot set up an alias as I don't have / use a password for this proxy address. How / why is this happening and how do I get it resolved? No changes have been made at the proxy server end, and when extra addresses are added to the proxy address, they get the mail yet I still don't.

Need help verifying my outlook accounts for email forwarding

Hi there, I've registered my domain names (amluto.com, amluto.co.uk, amluto.info) with outlook, and unfortunately I'm having problems setting up email-forwarding (there are 4 or 5 accounts, per domain [admin, tobycook, etc...] ).
Although due to restrictions on verifying my accounts, I can't seem to get them all forwarding emails efficiently. (I can only set one account per 24 hours, I want to validate around 15 accounts!!

Is there any way an employee at microsoft could help me out setting this up? It's a pain to do with the phone verification.
My phone number is: +447738151634           (+44 = uk)

Also, when I do verify an email, half the time it doesn't then allow me to forward emails, but instead just asks me to verify that account, again.
Here is the message I get:

how to switch back to mymsn once into outlook mail?

once i signed into my mail account when it was hotmail or live, i could click on a link and switch back to mymsn home page with all my headlines favorites etc etc, but on the NEW OUTLOOK mail, there is no link I can find that allows us to switch/link back to the mymsn home page. This works in reverse as when we are on the mymsn home page there is a link to our outlook email account.....?????? HELP, or is this option no longer available???

My email account has mysteriously disappeared and not recognised by Outlook!

I am trying to log in to Outlook with a hotmail.co.uk email address which I KNOW is correct. Microsoft is telling me that the email address does not exist. It existed 3 months ago - what has happened to it?? This is urgent as it is linked to my PayPal account!

The title comes up when I try to log into my ****@hotmail.co.uk account, I have tried going through the steps and filling in the form to try prove it is mine but whoever has my account has changed everything (it is all in Japanese). So what I am trying to say is I have tried filling out the form about 5-6 times and every time it hasn't been successful and there is no other alternative. So after giving up trying I ring customer support after about 20 minutes of being bounced around I get to talk to someone, they tell me that there is no one over that phone that can deal with my request and recommended me to come here... Now I just want to prove that it is my account and someone be able to get me it back and not tell me anything I already know. I have had that account for many year and I have important emails going to that account, is there anyone that can help me get it back pretty swiftish?

Ps I am using my mothers account to talk on this as I can not log into mine.

I’m receiving emails from some people but not from others and they are not on blocked senders list

I'm receiving some emails but not all.  There are no emails on my blocked senders list.  I am using Windows Live Mail and my emails are still coming through on my old computer on which I use outlook express.

Dear Sir

We are a website design & hosting company, we are using mail service as outlook.com. We are providing mail by domains.live.com.

When we create mail by adding domain after by changing the MX Record, TXT Record & CNAME why still there is restriction to send mail to the verified domain email id's. This is really a frustrating for our clients.

For example we have added a domain littlescholarsedu.com and created email id *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (this is only a week old) and we have created other 20 email id's. When ganesh (uses samsung tablet) try to send email to other email id's of this same domain this account get blocked and asking him to verify each and everytime he send mail. This id also verified by SMS but still the same problem . Our client reported this issue and wants to cancel our service and looking to move to other service provider. So please do something to solve this issue.

And as per the terms a account should be 30 days old but this is ok for individual users in order to avoid spam & junk but as a domain verified email id should not have this restriction. (its my suggestion)

I am a great fan of microsoft and totally against all google services and using hotmail account more than 10 years and when we faces this type of issue its really frustrating. Please do some thing to clear this problem.
