Is this possible or am I doing something wrong?
I have created some Contact Groups in Outlook.com in the People section. Whilst I can see the people when I look at the Group, when I look at an individual I cannot see which groups they are in.
My son is unable to use Xbox live as his Microsoft account has been blocked under Code 8015D02E. The recovery email on the account no longer exists, so we tried the account recovery form. However, despite 3 attempts we could not provide enough info to
verify ownership. He has no credit card, does not use his @live.co.uk email to send or get emails . Have tried @microsofthelps and @xboxsupport on twitter for assistance and they referred me here. Have submitted a Microsoft service request which ended up back
at the account verification form again. I seem to be stuck in a loop. Can a password reset link not be sent to my alternate gmail or if I provide a number by SMS to me?
I have excel web app file stored on Skydrive. I use the 'embed' feature to embed these files into a www page. All worked with no issues. In the last 24hrs, when the web pages load to display the embedded content, the iframe displays no excel content, just an error:
Server Error in '/x/16.0.1727.1027'Application. Runtime error.
Sometimes the embedded files show OK, other times they come up with the error.
This happens from a range of PC (XP and Win7) , IPAD, Iphone4, Iphone 5, Iphone4s, Android devices.......all worked fine 24hrs ago. I am guessing that this is a server issue at Microsoft / Skydrive end. How can I get someone to look into this?
A folder containing all my passwords disappeared from my folder list. 1) what is the customer service support center toll free number for outlook?? 2) can I restore this folder through a recovery process??
When I try to go back to my inbox or just go to live.com this message pops up. I have signed out of my work address on our outlook site and still nothing. If there is a way that someone can go in and change my primary address back to what it was before
and delete my new alias i'd be delighted; if not, I will have to wait a week to change my alias again, which isn't okay.
All of a sudden when I try to sign into outlook.com ( formerly Hotmail) I get you must enter a code, and what email address do you want it sent it to. It won't let me put in my outlook account it just puts in a sky email address which I never use and
don't know anything about. I've tried phoning sky, but they say it is a Microsoft problem. I would be most grateful if anyone could help.

I am not sure why hotmail seems to be so incompatible with my iPad, but I am being asked to sign in my outlook and enter the charcters sometimes twice a day. I don't send massive emails and it is always to the same contacts but some days it has me doing
it twice or three times, getting so annoyed!
