A certain Email not received

Dear Support Team,

 

I would like to ask a question about the availability of message tracking for the Hotmail service, because my friend's university has confirmed that they have sent email to him but unfortunately, this email not received to my friend inbox and as long he did not receive the email so he did not reply then the university has dropped him.

 

Appreciate to find a way that we can confirm that this email not delivered to his mailbox.

Dear Support Team,

I am trying to create the email account with Outlook.com and is getting the subject error.

I own the domain name www.hitlersofa.com and is basically a small firm selling sofas in the region. Could you please assist to resolve this issue ?
