 I am not able to see online contacts as there is no drop dowm menu seen for " All " .

Can’t create new messages

Hi - I have had two hotmail accounts for several years. For some reason, one of the accounts now refuses to let me create a new message. If I click on NEW at the top of the page, nothing happens. Any ideas?

My windows 8 order and Office 365 subscription do not show when I log in via a laptop, but they do when I log in via my mobile. How can I access my order details through my laptop

So, last night I was installing the app on my android phone for Office 365, logged into microsoft and I can see my subscription and previous orders. However, today when I logged in via my laptop, it states I haven't made any orders !?! 

How can I get my account to recognize what I have purchased, because I am trying to re-install Windows 8 (Which I purchased this year) back on my laptop.

Accidentally I selected one of my existing folder as my Archive folder.

lost emails

Hi,

Would appreciate some help.

I was prompted to rename my account when I tried to enter my hotmail account around 11 am or noon on September 9, 2013.

I have now lost all my emails and contacts...several years worth.

Could you please advise how to retrieve the - and whether they have been permanently deleted.

delete photos from pc and store to xbox via skydrive.

i have uploaded all my photos to my skydrive account taking up 362.8MB. I have skydrive on my xbox 360 but can i save them to my xbox harddrive via the xbox skydrive app and in turn delete all the photos from my running so slow laptop. If bot can i delete them anyway and still be able to see them on skydrive?

A quick question.  Is there a shortcut key I'm not seeing that allows me to insert the current date into an Excel web app cell?  I've tried what works in the full Excel, but inexplicably can't find such a key for the web app.  Any help will be appreciated.  Sorry for the wrong topic selection -- there's nothing in the drop down box that fits what I need.

Not getting emails in 1 account that was used for spam

The other night I had 348 emails bounced back to 1 of my 7 accounts that I have installed in Outlook.com. Looking at them they are not people I know.

The next day my web host emailed me about the problem and changed my password.

I have changed the password to all 7 accounts and changed them in Outlook.com. But this 1 account will not send or receive emails. The last message is from 9/6/13 - 3 days ago from the writing of this post.

What I noticed was that when I changed the password in most of the 6 other accounts in Outlook.com it would take me to choose the folder for the email. It does not do that for the 1 account that won't get or receive email. i have tried it multiple times.

I almost removed the account to reinstall it and there was a MS warning against doing that because of problems and multiple emails.

I hope someone has ideas about this otherwise I'm stuck.
