I've been trying to cancel my Skydrive auto-renew so I can remove my old credit card from the system. I cannot remove that credit card because it's tied to a Skydrive subscription. I've emailed support 6 times and not a single reply or a call-back. I really
hate that you don't even provide me the ability to manage my subscriptions, and force me to take this route. There is no option for me to manage my subscription as detail in the help - there's no button.
I have my company mails hosted in Outlook.com. For a few email accounts, the limitation of 100 mails per day is not enough. Can I upgrade these few accounts to a paid account so that we can eliminate the daily limitation? If yes, what will be the max number

I'm using Windows Live Outlook, but my emails are not leaving my computer. At first they were going into Draft, now they stay in Outbox. I have tried sending an email from the website, it was sent and was received by the recipient.

I have seven domains in my admin centre. All domains were verified very well but domain lucky-car.cz is not verified still. I tried recommendation Handling
issues with MX Record or Pending DNS Configuration error but no success - still pending changes. Required setting is following:
- DNS record type: MX
- Host: lucky-car.cz
- MX server: 13d46d1b419c9d41a57f349cda8054.pamx1.hotmail.com
- TTL: 3600 or 1 hour
- Priority: 10 (or High priority)
Current domain setting is (returned by any on-line DNS checker):
lucky-car.cz. MX 3600 10 13d46d1b419c9d41a57f349cda8054.pamx1.hotmail.com.
Could you check to see why my records are not recognized by in admin centre, please?

I have 2 groups of contacts, when I delete a contact from the group they still get emails sent although their name does not show in the group?

Pulling my hair out.
My hotmail account was made inactive /. Deleted by accident. Have had this account for many many years. Just want it active again.

every few months my inbox gets "deleted", only no mail ends up in Trash so recovery of deleted items does not work, they are all just gone. Right now i only have mails from the last two weeks, all others disappeared on me for no reason. There was no rule
set to delete all, there was no action taken. I have outlook setup on Nexus 7 in the Outlook android app, on iPhone and on Mac as POP with "Leave original on the server".
This isn't the first time it happened.
Relative abroad frequently in touch receives my e-mails but queried not hearing from her for last 3 months.Eventually telephoned and suggestion is that her e-mails have somehow been blocked.How do I unblock this problem.Or who do I contact?
