Pending DNS configuration for hours

I setup my own domain to use with outlook and it has been pending for hours.
I've read this guide How to handle issues with MX Record or Pending DNS Configuration error?

I have checked the DNS settings with https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and everything is setup right.

Can someone help prove ownership?

Unable to verify MX records

Hi,
I have seven domains in my admin centre. All domains were verified very well but domain lucky-car.cz is not verified still. I tried recommendation Handling issues with MX Record or Pending DNS Configuration error but no success - still pending changes. Required setting is following:

  • DNS record type: MX
  • Host: lucky-car.cz
  • MX server: 13d46d1b419c9d41a57f349cda8054.pamx1.hotmail.com
  • TTL: 3600 or 1 hour
  • Priority: 10 (or High priority)
Current domain setting is (returned by any on-line DNS checker):
lucky-car.cz. MX 3600 10 13d46d1b419c9d41a57f349cda8054.pamx1.hotmail.com.

Could you check to see why my records are not recognized by in admin centre, please?
