Domain ownership DNS and MX records not being recognised

Hi all

I've been trying for a few weeks to get my email transfered over using the domains'live.com and have added in the mx/txt entries to no avail.

I note that the mx records say tehy need to be set to 3600 ttl but i cant do that could that be an issue ?

NB: ive removed the settings and account for now as im away from home but will restart teh whole setup on Thursday.

All my email messages have disappeared and it is not possible to recover them using the “recover” option

My contacts have dissapeared from outlook 365

My address book is empty however when I type an address in the "TO" of a new mail the email address appears,  can I install these addresses into my address book. ????

Important lost emails

My email account has been changed to Outlook and I no longer seem to have my hotmail emails.  Although this is no longer my primary account, I still need access to them, if even just to forward them/save the important details.  I was not made aware they would be removed!  I have tried following instructions about restoring old emails with no luck.  The account wasn't inactive for that long and I need those emails!!  Please help!

Cannot sign in on Nexus10

I have two hotmail accounts, .com and .co.uk (as does my wife)
we cannot sign in on any of these addresses when using our
Nexus 10. All the addresses work fine on my home pc, I have tried
several different wi fi accounts and they all work with G-Mail, why
not hotmail?

Mon PC (windows xp ) est tombé en panne la semaine passée,
j'ai investi dans un nouvel ordi portable sous windows8 mais je ne retrouve pas ma messagerie outlook , je suis obligée de retourner sur orange.fr
pour consulter mes mails...
je n'ai pas conservé mes identifiants outlook d'origine...et en m'inscrivant de nouveau je vais perdre mes anciens messages et contacts

Outlook crashes Internet Explorer

I use IE, Firefox & Chrome on my PC.  Why do outlook crashes Internet Explorer 9 & 10, but it doesn't happen with Firefox and Chrome?  This has been an issue for me and many others (as noticed on online messages and forums) since its introduction; and it seems that Outlook can't sort it, in spite of all the complaints.  I spent many hours trying everything to sort it, with advice from Outlook and other online messages/forums!  And the thing is; one can't revert to Hotmail!  This is stupid!!!  Outlook should sort this issue; or make it so that people can revert back to Hotmail, at least until this issue/fault is solved!  Get your act together Outlook!!!  Or, maybe I should use another mail client like Yahoo, Google, etc.
