I have followed the instructions on the Virgin website and on my Outlook 2013. Once I have put in all the information, changed the advanced settings, enabled IMAP, Outlook says that it cannot find my email address. I have done this about 15 times, rechecking
my sign in by signing into my account via Virgin; the address and password I am inputting is correct. I've logged out of Virgin when I do it, I've rebooted and that's as far as my IT knowledge goes. I'm hoping I have missed something simple (this would seen
likely!) and that some one can point me in the right direction.
Thank you,
Sam.

Hello
The other day my email was logged out on my Iphone and I thought that it was a bit odd, when I tried to
log in on the laptop I got a message at the top of the web page saying " it looks like somebody else
is using this account please verify that it is you" or something along those lines..
upon trying to verify my account my only options presented to me were to recieve a code via email,
the email I had originally supplied for this function is now longer working as it was a university issued
email and when I left university they removed my access to this email as I was no longer a student there.
I can prove that the email account andrew-brennan@ live is mine possibly by showing that i know the full
email adress that has been supplied as an alternate email for which i can receive a code to, thus enabling
me to log into the account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I unfortunately never linked up my mobile phone number with the account and am not able to receive a code via
SMS.
I tried filling out the verification questionnaire but I cant remember a lot of the details asked of me for it, such as
recent email subjects or recent emails or even xbox billing information. The reason being for this is that I dont send
many emails I mainly use the account for shopping online and subscribing to newsletters, the last time I had an xbox
live account and was billed for it would have been back in 2006-07 so I'm not 100% on if it was on my mothers or fathers
credit card that it was billed for..
I would very much appreciate any help with this as I would very much like to get back into this email as I ordered few items online
before I noticed that I had been locked out of the account and as the email has my full name it is very handy for using with business
contacts etc..
If anyone can offer any advice as to what to do please help!!

Can I get back email that I emptied from the deleted file?
I have HTC One S. The problem is that it doesn't sync well with the web version. If I read a new mail and delete it, it does get read and deleted on the app but, when I open it on my PC, the mail is still there, unread and undeleted. I have restored my
phone twice, my app is completely up-t-date but I still face this problem.
I gave a school an email account for my nephew, I don't remember fully setting it up with a password etc. When I tried to complete it is say that it is already a domain name and I am unable to access it. Help
I'm running in Win7 on my PC. Outlook crashes IE, but not Firefox and Chrome. I spent many hours trying to sort the issue/fault, with advice from Outlook and other messages and forums, but to no avail. I've noticed many people are still suffering with
this issue since its introduction; and in spite of all the complaints, it seems Outlook can't sort it. Get your act together Outlook!!!
I keep files in Sky Drive for added security as I don't like to keep them on my network PC. How come then, when I open a sky drive document using excel (I cant use a browser as the doc is password protected in excel) and then subsequently save it back to
sky drive and then sign out of sky drive - I find I can then open the excel doc just by using excel on my PC with no need to sign into sky drive??? Is this a security breech or am I doing something wrong.
I ask the community to please advise me.
