Wrong number of new mails written next to Inbox under Folders

Hello,

 

The number of new mails which is shown next to 'Inbox' under the heading 'Folders' in Outlook.com gives the new number of mails only in the folder Inbox though I have two sub-folders under Inbox.

Even the top pane which appears when you click the down button next to the heading Outlook which has links to move to SkyDrive, People and Calendar and of course, Outlook.com shows wrong number of new mails under the link Outlook.com when i am in SkyDrive and People and Calendar.

How can i solve this problem?

As from today, my online maillive.com  Hotmail messages appear to be arriving in Outlook as 'read' . 
They are no longer highlighted and not showing as new messages in brackets as they used to.

What's gone wrong and how can I reinstate the bold type for unread messages? I need to see unread messages at a glance.

Before I could open my account I was asked for private information, and .I did give my home phone number.

A message then told me I would not be able to get into my account until 4th October 2013. However when I tried my account again it let me straight in.

 

Was this information sent to you. Or have I experienced a Scam and therefore  should no longer use this account.

 

Please reply as soon as possible to my email address.

When I try to sigin in, it responds telling me that the email address does not exist.

I have had this account for around 8 years.

    I found my old inbox (before 28/02/2013) deleted when hotmail turned into outlook.however my sent box is ok.I tried my best to 
    relocate my old inbox but i was unsuccessful.My important mails was lying in my inbox and by the time the hotmail turned into outlook all these important mails are vanished from my inbox.

    kindly help me in recovering my old inbox mails as many as possible.

Ein Hacker drang in mein Hotmail-Account ein und sendete danach Horrormeldungen an viele in meiner Adresslisten aufgeführten Mail-Empfänger. Benötige dringend Hilfe.

Skydrive and Windows Phone/Surface RT

Hi all,

 

I need some help with my Skydrive please. I'll try and explain this the best I can.

 

I have my family photos on Skydrive. They're organised into yearly folders and then months within the folders.

 

When I log into Skydrive on a PC, or the Skydrive app on my Windows Phone, I can see all of the folders from 2003 through to 2013.

 

However, when I go to photos > albums on my Windows Phone or Surface RT I can only see some of the files, the rest just aren't there.

 

I was hoping that someone would be able to help.

Spilt delivery

I need to set up a dual delivery system as follows

  1. 50 Senior Management Staff using Windows Live Domains
  2. The remaining junior staff using our own mail servers (mail.opm.go.ug)
Hence, if email account does not exist on outlook custom email system then immediately deliver to secondary mail server (our personal email server).

Please advise how this can be done.
