I had MSN for years.  I had 5 accounts on one computer.  I cancelled my MSN account and was able to transfer my primary account to Outlook.com.  I clicked on the "keep me signed in" (at first).  My spouse used one of my extra email addresses and it was transferred to Outlook too.

Unfortunately when she tries to sign in, only MY account pops up.  I found I had to sign out for her to sign in, any which way I tried.

When I'm signed out and eventually I want to sign back in I have to re-enter my email address, look up my complicated password and manually type it in (e.g. no paste).   There is no option for auto remembering my address and password.  This makes it user unfriendly.

How can I separate those two accounts without having my spouse set up a new email address and manually transfer all her contacts etc. or buying a separate computer.

Thank you.

Hello to whomever is answering this or suffering from the same problems.

I recently took a video that was about an hour long recorded through FRAPS and loaded it in to Movie Maker. After working on it, I saved it as a Windows Media Audio/Video File. After a few hours, it finished saving and I went to preview it. About 12 minutes in to the video, the video freezes for the rest of the movie until the point that I cut together two different videos. Throughout the whole thing though, the sound continues unabated. I have created a couple other videos before this one that have worked fine, most have been pretty close to the same length. I would greatly appreciate an answer ASAP.

Thank you very much for the help!
Ever since the upgrade to outlook my past emails have been slowly disappearing and today I log in to only the emails i have received in the past week!

How do I recover my lost emails?

Hi i normally  get emails from seek.com and i accidentally put this email in my junk file. i removed it from the junk file back to my inbox and since haven't had any more emails. i went back and marked it as not junk and have added the email to my safe senders list and mailing list. but still not receiving my daily emails. I contacted seek and they assured me that my account was still active and to make sure that my isp wasn't blocking the emails

if you can help me resolve this issue i would be grateful
How do I complain?
I don't know if I am blind or what but I can't find anything to tell mewhat device is on file to send calendar alerts to.  Please what am I missing?  I thought it would be really easy to find since, to me it's pretty important to know.....

Thanks
Thank you for helping!
Unable to receive emails. Can sign into account and send emails.

I am looking for help in opening email attachments.   For some reason i cannot get any attachments on my incoming emails to open.  When i click on them, a pop up box appears which has three choices: Open, Save, Save As; when i click any of these, basically nothing happens?  I can do the "view online" option, but this does not allow me to print, etc.

I had this occur a few months ago and was able to do something through the "tools" to fix it, but now i cannot seem to figure it out?

I am using Outlook for my email.

Any suggestions would be greatly apprciated!
