Can’t login to windows live msngr (error 800488eb).

I can't login to my windows live msngr and other services since few months ago, every time I try to login I get this error (error 800488eb). I did uninstall it, reinstall it, repair it, changed the date and time eventhough the issue still exist !!!

 

 I have followed all solutions proposed in this forum, but still I can't detect the problem !

 

Any help ?

All my prior messages on messenger were saved, and now they are gone and nothing is saving anymore. I have not changed anything at all.

 Pourquoi j'ai toujours des chiffres et des lettres dans l'espace où j'écris mes messages en différé. C'est très désagréable...vraiment...really!!!!

Cuando entro a Windows Live Messenger y me invitan a chatear usando la web cam, al yo aceptar la invitaciòn me aparece el siguiente mensaje: "Tu controlador de la tarjeta de video no admite video llamadas. Intenta realizar una llamada de voz en su lugar." Sin embargo cuando uso Skype si admite video llamadas. Còmo solucionar este problema ?

pop ups inform me that I have hundreds of messages{the numbers keep increasing}    when actually  very few are there or none at all after deleting

I cannot add my contacts to Windows Live Messenger.

I cannot add my contacts to Windows Live Messenger on my Windows 7 laptop. 
Messenger was working fine a few days ago but then my contacts disapeared. 
I've tried reinstalling the latest version of Messenger and I also tried an older version but it's still the same. 
Anyone have any ideas?. Works fine on my Vista PC, Android Tablet and Mobile, the problem is just with my laptop.

If you put in the contacts email address in the Search contacts bar provided there window appears and gives you the option to add a contact as a friend, all you get when you click on that option is a web page opening and saying the contact has already been invited. 
If you click on add a contact from the option provided all you get is you have previously added a contact who uses this instant messaging address.

I can see my contacts online if I click on the People link but I cannot see them in messenger on my laptop.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me.
