wish to create a group send list in Windows Live Email. am running windows 7.
[Moved from feedback]
Now having the Windows 7 system reset to its brand-new state I am trying to restore the Windows Mail account. In fact, I can't tell if it was a Window Mail or Windows Live Mail before. I don't know if the file locations for messages and contacts of these two mail are different.
When I go to to c:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\, I can't see Windows Live Mail but Windows Mail. So does it mean it was a Windows Mail system not a Windows Live Mail system before. I copied the backed-up files in the Windows Mail system over to the directory of the same path in the newly recovered system, however it does not seem to make any difference when I open Windows Live Mail which is the only mail program on the newly recovered Windows 7 system.
Can someone confirm me the locations of the files for messages and contacts for Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 Home operating system. Can I simply copy the files over? With Outlook 2007 and 2010 it usually works if I simply copy the files over or import from the backed up file. Also what file names should they be so that I can easily identify them? Are the email accounts and password setup need to be re-entered like Outlook 2007/2010 or are stored in files which I can simply copy over to the new system?

Why am I not receiving my email from my daily bank statements, from mytitanium.ca?
I have Windows Live Mail and cannot now access my TALKTALK accounts - it keeps saying the passwords are incorrect, which they are not.
I can access the same accounts via webmail and my IPod and it accepts the passwords OK.
I have reset the accounts in Live Mail and run Repair via Control Panel for Windows Essentials 2012.
TALKTALK say it is not their problem if I can access the accounts via web mail.
The problem did not exist before I tried to access the TALKTALK accounts whilst their server was down.
I am using a POP3 access and have the correct incoming and outgoing mail server names, which have not changed since it was working.
In fact it is working OK for the SMTP outgoing mail side; only the receiving side is not working.
