I use microsoft windows live mail for emailing, I email to a contact with an attachment that I had scanned onto my desk top. My contact recives the email with a message Dangerous Contents (Spam) and they cannot open. This does not happen if I attach a
word document, if it is a jpg it happens. If I email through my internet provider site this problem doesn't happen. I have tried every thing. Can anybody help. This is a copy of 2 message my contact receive:

Hi can you help please I collect all my e-mail through Windows Live which up until today worked fine,but it will not connect & I cannot collect my e mails through it I have contacted my ISP & they tell me it is a Microsoft issue so can anyone help me with

Many times (not always) when I forward or reply to an e-mail, there is a caret(s) added to the beginning of each line. How can I prevent this? I used to have Hotmail with a MSN address and I guess now it is Outlook?

I have a windows live email account I am expecting two emails from unknown senders but have not received them they are not in my junk and I cannot ask them to resend due to not knowing their contact details. I have checked my filter content and it is on
standard so I am still receiving emails in my junk although not many at all! I really need these emails as they are job opportunities and not receiving both when the sender has told me they have sent them shows there is an issue!
