I currently running windows 8.1 pro bit and the am trying to open the mail icon in the control panel to add/edit one of my accounts. When I try to open from the mail 32 bit icon nothing launches. Any suggestions.

I can't ge to my mail account. I click the mail icon on my desktop and it goes to a blank page and at the bottom of the screen it says connecting to microsoft, but it doesn't open. The circle keeps going around for 30 minutes and then it finally says it cannot display the page. I tried it on another computer and got the same results. Can someone help? I can't get to my mail to see any replies.

Try to delete junk mail with my hotmail account with windows 8 and after I hit delete the junk mail comes right back. If I go to my email using the desktop icon I'm able to delete everything. It's just with the mail icon on the start screen that I can't
delete. Does anyone know hot to delete it?

When I click on the mail icon on my toolbar I get the following pop-up:- "couls not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed". I also get this message when I click on links in e-mails, can anyone advise me what
to do?
