I am not sure how this can happen but since last week my emails to a friend and his response is being sent to my estranged wife without us knowing about it? How can this happen?
I don't know what is the problem in my email , I just cannot receive any email,

I have forgotten my password for my account then blocked it from attempting too many times to remember the password. I unfortunately can not answer the security question as I set up this email 12 years ago at age 14 and chose a very obscure question! I
have filled out the questionnaire 3 times stating all previous passwords and put my husband's email for you to please contact me on however I still haven't received anything.
Is there anything I can do as I use this email for everything. I contacted Outlook via Facebook and they advised me to post here.

I've been communicating with this person for over a year, never blocked them or marked the address as "junk". The address is excite.com. Is that their problem or mine? Her other address (from a tablet) works just fine.
a large number of emails my wife gets on her account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) come through marked (spam). Also when she sends emails her reciepients get them marked spam.
In subject post I am lost at your first statement: "Open Windows Live Mail". Do you mean Windows live mail that you access through your browser, or do you mean Windows Live Mail that you access from Windows Outlook. They are different. What I do in
Outlook is not what I see in Windows Live Mail when I go through my browser. My folders are different in browser accessed Live mail because I establish them in Outlook accessed Live Mail........ I'm confused. Can someone tell me what's going on? I'm simply
trying to get a new live email account with a different email address/name. If I use Outlook, I can't add an account unless it exists. Do I first establish it in Windows Live Mail through my browser, then put it in Outlook? Something this easy shouldn't

I have a new laptop running on Windows 8, with Windows Live Mail 2012 installed. I used it smoothly for few months without problem; until now, where the pop-up shows:
“Windows live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of Memory. “
The disk is not full, as it’s a new computer. Please advise what to do and how do I still read the old downloaded mail.
