Problemas con Outlook

Buen día, hay algun problema con outlook ya que estoy tratar de entrar a leer mis e-mails y me genera un error.

When i log in to mail.live.com i get  Entrance problem  error.

My name appears on the upper bar, so i know that the credentials are fine.

Other live account that i own work great from the same computer so i know that this is account specific problem.

What can i do?

My safe Senders list in my junk mail is not working

I have the senders email address and the domain name in my safe senders list so that it will go to my inbox and it still goes into my junk file. How can I get it to go to my inbox where I want it to go?

Live mail problem

I am getting the following error message when trying to get my email account set up on Windows Live Mail - does anyone know if I can resolve this? My laptop is brand new so it doesnt have a huge amount on it, so Id be suprised if there is not enough memory,

I have been having a problems with my account for a while..

I am getting some emails and not others or if I eventually get them, they are days late if not longer. For example; I have been waiting for a reply from universities that I applied through this email address but I still have not received a reply email for a few days... I gave a yahoo email account and I received it within a few hours..

 

Any ideas? Correct email addresses, as this is the 1st thing I checked over and over again..

I have checked the cookies and cleaned the cache.

Other peoples Hotmail email accounts are fine even they are using my laptop, I am not sure why mine has been an issue....

 

I'm Totally confused now...

I sent a doc attached to an email via cloudon it hasnt got to the recepient and my live email is jammed it wont refresh

My computer always says that the page can not be found.  It will do this randomly but at least 3-4 times a day.

stopping unwanted junk mail

Everyday I get offers for pictures of sexually explicit girls and offers for other sexual things in my junk mail. I keep blocking them but I still get them everyday. How can I stop this or is there somewhere to report it?
