My Windows live mail has imported all my facebook contacts and plus some I never heard of, such as 50's music and tv programs. I do not want them there but there is no way to delete thme. Please help

Every time that I start Windows Live Essentials email, a pop-up window says an update must be installed. Every time this is run it fails with error code 0x80040609, Source: PhotoGallery. This email program is runnig worse and worse and often now won't
start at all. I clicked on Get Help in the failure window and followed the ~5 system checks that might be causing the error .. but nothing has worked thus far. Please help ..
When transfering mail accounts from a xp computer to win7 computer I ended up with duplicate accounts. I used the easy transfer program and cable. I have two mail accounts and both have duplicates. I am afraid to delete accounts for fear I can lose emails.

I cant find the information on how to link my live.com email address in my windows mail. I seem to be having a problem connecting and need to verify the server URL but I cant find that information anywhere.

Why this mandatory Windows Live Mail updates?
Microsoft has no legitimate right to force anyone to install Windows Live Essentials update. However, when I installed it I got Assertion Failed error message, and Microsoft can't even fix the problem. What a shame!
My emails on Windows Live Mail to AOL subscribers are being bounced back with an error code of 554 RLYB1.html. Has anyone else had this problem?
