Windows Live Mail FAQ
This is the third day I am searching for an answer as to why I am unable to access Windows Live Mail. Perhpas you haven't an answer and I must pay $100 to have a friendly computer man come and solve the issue for me. That should not be!

My Windows Live e-mail program has been working fine...........until this morning! I get error codes 0x800CCC18 and/or 0x800CCC0F. I have not been able to find a solution (without a "price tag" on it.
Can anyone help??
had to have windows 7 re installed after problem. Supposed to have had things saved, NOT SO.
I have been reinstalling things all day, like Windows live mail 2011, but page format is not what it was and I want to get back what I had. Any suggestions as it's a mess now and not what I want.
Also I had safe storage for incoming and sent emails I needed to keep, on lhs below emails gone Any ideas where? get back?

Each time mail is delivered now, it delivers one or two new emails plus loads of copies of emails already received. It always ends with an error (see below). I had the laptop set up for me when I bought it and I know very little about it so I would appreciate any replies in the simplest terms possible! Thanks.
