That is a kind of WLM fact since 2009.

I've created 2 differente accounts, with my domain.com and another with hotmail.com.

The only difference between, its hotmail dont have problems with the site (people.live.com), your contacts database. The other domain received always a error "outlook connected" when I dont use outlook and either, in private browsing mode.

The contacts problem: I add 15 contacts or 20, and it only remains 5 on the WLM but online, it means, in the site people.live.com I've it all. I dont understand also why. I've clean the contacts cache on my desktop, install unistall and reinstall WLM 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and it continues with the same issue.

Microsoft, please report this problem and fix it please.

I'm talking emails here. Got a problem and it is this:

I once use to have the full range of facilities, able

to select font size, font style, underline, italic, all that kind

of stuff when writing emails but now, suddenly, nothing.

I have an email lay-out page, able enter subject and addressee,

but that's all. The font size (unchangable) is a miserable size 8.

I need to get back to the same kind of email lay-out everyone

else on this planet uses. I have no idea where this economy

stricken lay-out has come from and even more surprised that

it exists.

Would surely appreciate some expertise help.

I have my saved DBX files (including the inbox) from Outlook Express on my old Win XP machine. Now trying to import them into Win 7 Live Mail. I click Import Messages, select OE6 as the type, and point to the folder where the DBX files are. But when I click Next, it says "no messages can be found in this folder."

How do I get Win 7 Live Mail to recognize the DBX files?
hola :tengo problemas para poner en funcionamiento el bluetooth de mi computadora, pues desde hace algún tiempo no se como lo desintale. Por favor y me pueden ayudar para volver a hinstalarlo.

Windows XP SP 3 Dell inspiron 530 desxtop Internet Explorer 8. Hot mail Plus with Live sign in and remember windows xp so dont send a link for windows 7 as moderaters have done in past.

I want to extract emails and save them on alternate drive. Nothing I do helps and the MS links are not germane to my screen images. Not being sour but I am given an answer to refer to link and proceed from start button and nothing looks like my system. I cant understand why this is so hard. Dont even tell me to start a new email account because thats just not working. There has to be someone who has a similar need so lets earn those points and give it a little thought becase numerous answers of the same advice have been ineffective. If there is no way to do it , as I think, just say so.

When I click on an email it shows the title line but won't show the body of the email  Wants me to switch to hotmail & mobile I do not want to
do that I only want to read from my compute

M/S Cus. Ref.1185490122

thankyou for your answer to my 1st question "can't find how to activate the preview pane"

I did as you said, but upon opening "view menu"  Layout is greyed out and wont open. Is this because i haven't made Windows Live Mail my default email program?

The emails older than a few months have disappeared from my inbox. I did not delete them

I've been able to send and receive email messages without problems since I started using Windows Live Mail over a year ago.  However, when trying to send one message a couple days ago, the send message task failed and I received an error message saying it was unable to send this one specific email message because "the setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured."  "Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC79".   No changes have been made to any of my previous settings, including server authentication.  I'm able to send & receive all other messages.  This message errors out every time I send/receive mail.  How can I remove this error message and/or stop trying to send this email message when I send/receive messages?
