Tried to remove account and reinstall to no avail. Have two other accounts with live.com and they are working fine. My e-mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Recommended Windows Live Mail Pop3 code cause set up error

I have followed Windows online help instructions which state pop3.live.com (port 995) is the correct code for configuring the incoming Windows Live Mail server.  The result of using this code is always a error.  Any more ideas ?

I cant send or receive email, I have upgraded to windows live mail from windows mail and still cant send or receive, the error message I get is below:-

 

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Signing in Live Mail today I was unable to look at my account. The error message I received was: Server Error 5102 Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003.

 

This has never happened before and would appreciate your help to resolve this problem please.  Could you please contact me via *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Sent items folder not displaying messages

I have been having several problems with Windows Live, and just noticed that there are no copies of "sent messages"  in the Sent Items folder???

I have used WLM for a while but today it stopped allowing me to send emails. I can recieve them, but it was saying I was offline. I didn’t change anything.

I was getting an error message saying "Do you want to go online?"  I would say Yes, but it wasn't letting me online.

No I am receiving the following message:

I can get my incoming emails, but the outgoing ones don't go.
