I moved from Canada to UK. ….When hotmail transition to Outlook occured….I was living in UK….all data that was stored in my mail folders from Canada did not transfer….only files that I created in UK transferred….How do I retrieve the Canada data?
I have 225 GB of space available on Skydrive. I tried to upload my music files, total size 16.6 GB, to the Music folder. I got an error message that I required and additional 2.6 GB of space.
Is there a size limit to the Music folder on SkyDrive? If yes, how do I increase it? With 225 GB free space there should be plenty for my music files.

So, today I was trying to set up a microsoft account for my 10 year old.
I made the account and, through the associated link, was taken to my own account to approve the child account. Microsoft said that it had to charge me 50 cents. I clicked ok and agreed. The next screen said that there was an error and that I should try
again. I tried 6 times and each time it said that the order was not processed.
Interestingly, Microsoft charged me 6 times and the account still doesnt work. Just out of curiosity, is Microsoft running a scam?

I'm a newbie when it comes to Outlook.com -- I have a Mac with OSX Mavericks. I travel all over the place and find it hard to try and sync my mail from one device to another. I've added my corporate email now to Outlook.com while on the road, and need
to know if I send email/receive email to/from my corporate account using Outlook.com, when I go to my office, will that email magically appear in Outlook for Mac? If so, will it replicate on a Macbook Por and Mac Mini using Outlook for Mac? I know it sounds
absurd, but I've been having to use Gotomypc to get into my email remotely, and now with the latest release of Mavericks, GOTOMYPC does not work so well. So --need to come up with a solution.
I currently use Mac Mail , but can't open it on two devices, as for it will not populate both systems to sync properly.
So, I'm hoping that Outlook.com will work when i travel and get firewalled, and once back in the office, I can download everything or have everything magically appear on my Outlook for Mac.
Lastly, can you add an image in the signature line of outlook.com mail?
Appreciate any assistance on this.

- My primary alias is @hotmail.com.
- For special purposes, I use my @live.com and @outlook.com aliases.
- Email sent to my @live.com alias shows up in my regular (Hotmail) Inbox.
- My @outlook.com alias seems to not be working.
- It used to work.
- I used get email sent to my @outlook.com alias in my regular (Hotmail) email.
- Now I don’t.
- When I send a test email to my @outlook address, it appears to be sent.
- It shows up in my Sent folder showing that it was actually sent.
- But it never arrives in Inbox.
- When other people email my @outlook.com address, their emails never come.
WHAT I’VE TRIED
- I went to In Settings --> More Overview --> Your email accounts --> Account aliases --> Account details --> Add or change alias
FIRST, I selected "Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias"
- I tried to add my @outlook alias
- I got this error message:
"This email address is already taken. Please try another."
NEXT, I tried "Create a new email address and add it as an alias"
- I tried my @outlook alias.
- I got this error message:
This email address is already taken. Please try another.
What should I do?

I had a primary outlook.com address and one alias and set these up as separate outlook 2013 pop accounts (because I wanted the alias emails to go to a different .pst file) and it was all working fine. Then I set up an additional alias and now the first and second aliases won't download to outlook 2013. I am still getting emails to their relevant folders on outlook.com but outlook 2013 won't download them via pop any longer - it only downloads my primary outlook.com emails. I'm not sure if outlook 2013 is the problem or if its the outlook.com aliases. I've tried removing and setting up the accounts again on outlook 2013 with no success. Please help!

I have not been getting emails daily . . . it's been sporadic; some days I do and some days I don't. Friends who normally send me emails have said they suddenly are not able to off and on for the past couple of weeks. Doesn't matter if it's part of a
group, friends sending photos, individual . . .
HELP! My Outlook has lost its symbols ie. Delete/Flag ect. Also it wont let me open my emails. This all started yesterday 23/10/2013.
after my computer crashed i think is was due to me plugging in my husbands IPhone into my laptop when I already have my Iphone registered on it.
I can access my emails from other computer and my mobile phone.
I have cleared the cache and deleted browsing history and Temporary files but that hasn`t helped!
