some of my emails seem to be merging themselves together - and they don't belong together.

I read how to do this at this page

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/getting-started-skydrive-tutorial

However, when I right click on SkyDrive or any of the folders there is no option to make offline. I am using Windows 7 Pro

I am having the same issue. Every time I try to save something into Skydrive, it's telling me I don't have permission because I am not the administrator but I am. If I try to copy and paste into SkyDrive, it tell me I need admin permission and if I click ok then it lets me.

My Outlook screen says "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now"??

Help!!

Hello.

I have modified my screen display in the "computer control" to be a bit larger and slid the left column

to be narrower and still can not view the entire email.  There is no slid bar at the bottom to slid right and left.

What can I do to view the whole email?

Thanks for your help!

I am currently using Skydrive on my Win 8 laptop.

My entire "My Documents" folder is in the Skydrive folder. My Library is pointed to this folder so that when I click on "My Documents" the folder in my Skydrive is the one that opens.

The default folder in the following location is empty:  C:\Users\Joanne\Documents

1. What will happen when I upgrade to Windows 8.1?

2. Will 8.1 sync my current Skydrive documents or the default documents location (currently empty)?

3. I'm considering moving all my documents back to the default location and uninstalling Skydrive before I try to upgrade in order to prevent problems. What do you recommend?

I'm putting off the upgrade to 8.1 because I'm pretty nervous about Skydrive. I've been having problems with my documents because sometimes I edit while Skydrive is off, then later when its on Skydrive wipes out my new edits (I'll ask this question in a separate post later).

Thank you in advance for your help.

Why is the Turn notifications on or off option disabled? Can't Turn ON notifications for appointments, option it's gray (disabled).
I'm not able to sign in with Outlook, what to do?

Here's the situation:

I'm a university student that uses a Windows 7 laptop for notetaking, and a Windows 8.1 custom build for everything else.
Naturally, the cloud lends itself wonderfully to this endeavour, but there's a small hiccup - the two do not seem to be syncing nicely.

Anything I overwrite or change on the laptop is simply synced as a duplicate file vs. the changes along being synced as I would prefer.

Does anybody know how to configure these two to play nicely, or am I out of luck?

As an example:
W7: HIST 305 - French Revolution #1

W8.1: HIST 305 - French Revolution #1

Say, we haven't finished the lecture and I need to continue it later:

W7: HIST 305 - French Revolution #1 (Save to same filename)

End result:
W8.1: HIST 305 - French Revolution #1-1
or sometimes it says
HIST 305 - French Revolution #1 - LTDesktop

I have Outlook.com on my Android, but when I try to get it to link to my @yahoo e-mail I get an error message that says I might need Yahoo Mail Plus - which I have. Won't connect.

I have successfully linked the @yahoo.com email to my desktop Outlook.
