My elderly mother has forgotten her msn email password - but doesn't have enough information to get the password reset via the form. She and I have both submitted it several times. I can provide a few emails she has and one folder name, but she doesn't remember any previous email passwords or the subject lines of anything she's sent. (Yes, there are some cognitive issues here). How do I get this escalated beyond submitting the same stuff over and over so she can get back into her email?

1. we just want to know the type of account? Is that POP3 account or IMAP account.

2. What will be the incoming mail server (POP3) ?

3. What will be the Outgoing mail server (SMTP)?

How can I reactivate my account

I've already done what support team told me such aaas change password and security info... When I sign in, I could access skydrive and see my profile. However I could not access my email, which is only thing I concern from hotmail.

I have tried hard to understand the process that took quite long almost two weeks, however isn't it too slow for solving the usual problem that I found in this community??? And I still don't understand why my email was closed itself!?

By the way, could your team kindly provide me the final solution to reactivate my account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I understand that your team have tons of chats to answer... However, please kindly concern my issues...

Delivery receipts and attachment limits?

Could anybody tell me how to request a delivery receipt on an individual email if possible?

Also I am trying to send an email with an attachment of 16.3 MB which will not send, keeps coming up with an error saying unable to deliver-try a different server or try again? Is this because the attachment is too big? If so is it possible to increase your limits?

I have tried doing this via my Mac and also by logging in online but neither seem to be working.

How do I configure outlook.com with IncrediMail so I will be able to receive my send, receive and safe emails in

both locations.

If I go to the website Outlook.com and compose an email it doesn't show up in Incredimail sent folder.......vise versa,

if I compose an email in IncrediMail through POP3 it doesn't show up in my send folder on Outlook.com website.

How do I set up both to receive sent and inbox from from both. Thank you

I sent this message to support:
Yesterday I was about to join the Windows Phone Dev Center in order to submit an app, so I created a Microsoft account bound to my work address (info@???.net).

But before registering I wanted to cancel a personal Microsoft account. By mistake I canceled the one I had just created for professional use.

Now the system won't allow me to recreate the Microsoft account bound to that e-mail address, which is the one I need to submit the app from.

Furthermore, I'm in a hurry because I enrolled the Marmalade-Windows Phone 8 program (https://legacy.madewithmarmalade.com/wp8-hub) and time is running out.

They replied:
I understand that you accidently closed your live account info@???.net, I apologize but we are unable to provide support as this is an live account issue. Their is no Microsoft account associated to that email account. I suggest that you contact Live support to request assistance, once you are their select "Live Chat with Customer Service". You will select assistance with live Id option for further assistance, let me know if they were able to assist you.

Since 8.1 update, outlook emails won’t open.

After updating to Win8.1, nothing happens in Outllook when double clicking an email to open it. Unable to delete from inbox. Emails are received and can be sent, but not opened.

Live.com has taken over as email program- unable to revert to outlook.

I have reset the presumably updated IE 11.

Outlook functions fine on an older pc running XP.

Problem with IE opening ??

Hello

When I went to set my preferences, it asks for a cell phone number to send me a verification text.

I don't text, nor own a cell phone. I'm not techn savvy nor am I into all the technology.....I'm a senior

trying to set up an email account that allows me to forward things to my friends and family. I barely

email, and Im definate not into texting.

There should be another way for verification. I don't understand why FORWARDING an email is being

made into a production. Thank you
