I have looked all over and couldn't find the option to get 'Delivery Receipt or Read Receipt' we used to have in Outlook at my work place years ago.  I'm using Hotmail - Outlook now for my personal email account.  Please help!  This feature is so important when we want to make sure a recipient has read a message.  Thank you.

I want to ensure that an email message is delivered.  Can I tag it to send me a delivery receipt?
Could anybody tell me how to request a delivery receipt on an individual email if possible?

Also I am trying to send an email with an attachment of 16.3 MB which will not send, keeps coming up with an error saying unable to deliver-try a different server or try again? Is this because the attachment is too big? If so is it possible to increase your limits?

I have tried doing this via my Mac and also by logging in online but neither seem to be working.

I could not find the   requesting read , delivery receipt  buttons for the message in Outlook 11  for  Mac?
Using Live Mail I am trying to use the Delivery Receipt function but can not locate it - I do have Read Receipt check box but not Delivery Receipt.
