Hello am sure there is an explanation but I have received no emails since 22nd October although on a test to another account it appears I can send them
I wonder if anyone else is having the same problems. My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and have received emails through outlook for a number of years and this is my primary business email account and very important to my business so am a little frustrated however
am also aware that problems arise from time to time but wonder if there is a quick fix.
Thanks for reading but as this is now my second time of asking and this forum seems to be the only way to communicate with the OUTLOOK team I would be most pleased as I am now quite anxious as we are an email based company which is now at risk.

My hotmail received a junk in Galician. It contains only picture and an attachment. The title of the junk is "Boleto Bancario sobre Protesto!". But the weird thing is that this junk was sent by myself, which I am sure that I did not.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? How to solve it? Thank you in advance.

I've seen that the same question has been asked and answered a lot, but the only solution I've seen seems to be when a Microsoft moderator steps in.
So like everyone else I upgraded to outlook a few months ago and have noticed now that the emails that I leave in my inbox are just automatically deleted, I've managed to save the important emails to folders, so that's fine. I check me emails via my iphone
and web browser, the settings on my iphone do not have an auto delete feature; the settings in the web browser do not have a scheduled clean up for my inbox and I have the 'don't let devices or apps delete messages from outlook' feature checked.

There's no display name settings for android if you use exchange server in outlook and hotmail. But there is if you use pop3 or imap protocols.
Exchange works fine and fast.
In android email, it is possible to use gmail, hotmail, outlook at the same time whereas it not possible in google play outlook application to use outlook and hotmail at the same time.
Is it possible to update exchange server settings to add display name (nickname in google play outlook application) for android phones.

A while ago, my hotmail account was blocked due to it sending out spam emails thousands of times to all my contacts. It caused some subscriptions I had to be cancelled, as well as my Facebook/Twitter page to be deleted. I created new ones and didn't think
anything of it.
I want to be able to go back onto my blocked account as there are some very important files that I need to restore, as well as other personal issues that I need to sort out. My alternate email address for the blocked account doesn't exist anymore, and
I have a different mobile number now to when I use the account. Whenever I try filling out the questionnaire with my details, it says I haven't provided enough information but that's all I can provide.

I'm trying to modify my last name in my Outlook.com account, and I've tried to sign up with a new outlook account, and they say that my last name is incorrect.
My last name is Cuenca, as a spanish city, but, which is the problem? I cannot understand it! How can that be incorrect? That's my real last name and Outlook.com doesn't let me sign up a new account with it.
