My folders are never kept current with what their true contents are and no matter which steps I take, they will not remain up to date
how do i delete old folders on Outlook.com mail ? I am on a Mac. Previously was hotmail.com on ninemsm.

I set a live.co.uk account up for my daughter at birth, this was so I could email pictures and messages and document her childhood with the intent of giving her access in years to come.
The problem is that now it has been converted to Outlook everything is missing, all the memories are gone and I dont know if these can be recovered?
I have gone to the sent folders of the email addresses used to send and managed to find a few, however, the majority were sent from another live.co.uk account that now appears to have been hacked. As such the sent box only contains 1 email which is spam.
Im at a real dead end here and would be greatful for any advice as to how to recover this for my little girl.

I access my Outlook.com account from China, and normally it is quite fast. However, these days it has been stuck in the login.live.com domain for more than five minutes at a time, and accessing individual emails takes up to a few minutes. This is absolutely

I am trying to notify all my contacts of a change of address, etc, but only the frequent contacts appear in the left-hand box. How can I get the full list to appear?
For example, I have keepassdroid installed that handles kbdx files yet Skydrive claims there's no app installed that handles that file type. I can open kbdx files just fine from other file storage solutions like Google Drive so keepassdroid is registering
to open kbdx files correctly afaik.
How does Skydrive determine if there's an app for a particular file extension?
Can Skydrive be updated to fix this?
Or is there a workaround that can be applied to apps like keepassdroid?
I decided to start using SkyDrive fully now but before I start I have a question in that can anybody tell me what folders are created by default when a new account is created? does anybody have a list?

I needed to search for some older emails and find that 1000's have disappeared. Every email before 24 May 2011. My sent box has a small amount of emails back to 2007 but most are also gone. Can someone help?
I have looked through the various forums posts and it appears that when the upgrade to outlook was made some emails may have been deleted by Microsoft. I have not used outlook desktop for years to access hotmail so setting there can not be an issue, I
have not been hacked, I use my account everyday, I login through my browser regularly, so I think this is a Microsoft issue? I have tried the recover undeleted email option. but that only gets the last 5 days worth. My last hotmail backup to outlook desktop
was 2008 :-(
