It says it is uploading a file called "Hardcover_bullet_black.png", which does not exist on my hard drive and I have never seen before. Is this a virus? Any help appreciated. It is KILLING my battery life and need to do something about this.

I received a very suspicious email(not unlike one I received before..but more detailed from someone name *** Email address is removed for privacy *** who claims to be with Microsoft Live Team. She sent an email saying my account was going to be DELETED due to not using it(inactivity) but I use my hotmail account almost everyday. And she askes for my password, etc.

These six items are what is asked of me and it came directly to my inbox and not my junk box. So, outlook did not filter it?

I am not able to view any pictures sent to me in my in box, at least not from individuals. I do get a "Daily Diary" from The Royal Family, but their pictures are on Flicker. Please help me as I have no one to turn to for assistance.

Usually there are road bumps to working with either Hotmail or Outlook.com, but now things are getting quite tricky. Our company regularly prunes deleted and junk mail, and while we sometimes have problems with the Outlook.com account (sometimes it decides
not to send anything out, giving us mailer demon messages instead, only to have actually sent the mail or working properly within an hour or so), right now we are experiencing some worse-than-usual mailer demon problems.
Suffice it to say, sending out e-mails with photographs gets us the failed to send mailer demon notes, and we are unable to send ANY e-mail to ourselves (to the same e-mail, that is).
We've cleared the caches, turned the computer off and let it rest, sent multiple tests to other e-mails (including to the troubled e-mail itself) and the issue has presented itself on two separate computers. We've also delved into the settings, thinking something might have been changed, but it remains the same as before the troubles began.
Is this just a passing issue with Outlook.com/Hotmail, or is this a persistent issue?

I signed up for skydrive a few days ago, and when my son went on the computer tonight to find his resume, we noticed that all my documents were gone off of my computer. What happened to them? They are no where on my computer nor are they on my skydrive account.
I am very upset due to the fact that there was a lot of information in those files that cannot be reproduced. Please advise.
I cancelled a hacked hotmail account today (Oct. 28th), but now I woiuld like to get into it to try save the SENt file. Is their a way to get into a cancelled account?
I've had my hotmail account since 1995. For the first time since I can remember my inbox account seems to be deleted. I can not fin any e-mail from the inbox prior to October 21st 2013. Any ideas where it went?
