Outlook.com Android Email Notifications blank screen, no settings

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with Outlook.com Android app (build from 10/10/13):

Client Version: 28.49.0430.3
Model: SPH-L710
OS Version: 4.1.2
SDK Version: 16 (REL)

Within the app, when I maneuver to "..." then "settings", followed by "General" and "Notifications", I get a blank screen.  There are no options to change email notifications.  I've also tried going in through the Android settings/accounts and selecting the "Outlook.com" account, still no notification settings.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Android Outlook.com app and still have no "Notification" options.  I would like to be able to control the notification settings in the app.

I have the "fine trace" logs for reference if needed.

Since last Friday, I have been unable to send emails if not at home from my live account.  At home, all works well.

I wanted to change my birthdate so it doesn't show and now I'm locked out of my account and it's asking for parental consent and i had to create another account just to verify my other account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and they want my credit card information to charge me 50 cents, this is ridiculous I just don't want my personal info in my account I've had this account for 10 years, I need my mmejia13@hotmail restored without all this parent consent BS I am the parent

Sending an email

I am currently unable to send an email as a message is displayed telling me that "This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame".

I need to hide all of the recepients email addresses when I am sending information to a large group of people to keep their emails secure. How do I do this on outgoing email?

Receiving mail but can’t send mail

I having the same issue on msn explorer, I can get emails from people, but I can't send a email, I'm not very computer wise, but certain things I'm okay, I used to be able to send a emails to people. But now not.  I have Silverlight, does that have anything to do with this problem

Skydrive sync issues
