Every time I try to type a new message several times a box will pop up with Bing suggestions. I tried turning this off but it still happens. Also, when this happens, a new tab pops up in open tabs bar.
when I try to download an attachment I keep getting this msg; contained a virus and was deleted.
Even if I know it is safe.
I haven't been able to attach an SkyDrive video that I need to send and send in an e-mail for the last 6 hours. What gives?
Yes I bought a computer over the weekend. Set a Microsoft account with the email AngelBabysMom.com. When I go to sign in it tells me the password is wrong. Then I received an email asking me to verify my email. When I do I put in my password and it tells me wrong password. Then when I go to reset my password it tells me the account doesn't exist. But when I try to do my account again it tells me that the name is already taken. So I am wanting to know how I can fix this so I can get on my computer.
