Since the last forced updated installing IE11 the only Windows Live program that works is One Drive.  WL Mail, WL Photo Gallery, and WL Movie Maker no longer function.  MME console snap-ons still work, as does Media Player.  Below are details from the behavior observed.  System starts as normal, signed into One Drive, it works fine.  WL Mail fails on open, checked WL Photo Gallery, exact same behavior.  Same with WL Movie Maker.  Have checked Update center and found 2 failed updates, namely Silverlight (KB2932677) and a .Net framework update 4.5 amd 4.5.1 (KB2931368) but fairly sure they are not related.  Previous MS update KB2670838 had created similar behavior in the past and required me to uninstall the update.  Checking Installed updates I found it was forced installed on 5/14/2014 directly after IE11 was installed.  The last time I un-installed the update it rolled be back to IE9.  I would not like to do this but feel it might be required.
