Hi, I am unable to access two email accounts I held for around 8 years.
Think it's been over a year since I last logged in.
Will I ever be able to access these again? Or are they gone forever?

I log in almost every day and been using this account for last 8 years and my account has never been inactive not even for one day but i have lost all old emails and i have only got 340 emails going back to 2 months only. I need an email which was one year old very urgently.

I have a one year subscription to MSN Premium effective March 21, 2012. The new Microsoft Services Agreement requires acceptance. How do I do to accept this agreement? There has been no prompt in the user interface.
