How do I get access to my microsoft account?

I know everyone will say refer to this or refer to that and I say refer to my fist punching your face because I've done all that, wasted many hours and haven't got anywhere, so I'm hoping, that like the other posts that have this issue I will be given priority till my account is mine again.

Ok so now that's out of the way, essentially I signed up to Microsoft a long time ago (over 8 years) when I got my first Xbox. At the time the e-mail account I used was linked to my internet supplier. I was only with this supplier for a year or so at which time I lost access to my email account (associated with Microsoft) and it was DELETED. That means it not longer exists. Its gone. GONE! It wasn't much of the problem until a few years ago I tried taking my account to my brothers house to play call of duty black ops, but I needed my 8 year old password to an email account that didn't exist anymore. So we all know how that went. About as well as a car in the ocean.

I tried to recover my account but was told, even though I provided credit card and my previous prepaid card numbers that the amount of information was insufficient to recovery my account.

However after GTA 5 online social club has been released I need to link my account with the Ifruit app, but I cant because I need to sign in and my account wasn't recovered last time. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant reset my account from my Xbox or have the ability to get in contact with someone (not a computer) at Microsoft that recognises it is in fact, my account.

So can anyone tell me what I have to do? I've already tried the recovery twice to no avail and I get the feeling I wont be third time lucky. I have no further information to add to the recovery.

What information do you need? My old account address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and is linked to my account Xbox, my gamer tag is Johno69R.

I also understand Xbox has rules put in place for a reason etc. etc. but that isn't helping me so don't tell me something that wont help or I'm going to go postal.

p.s sorry if I sound like a jackass but this is seriously grating my cheese.

Also no idea what category to choose since this site was obviously designed by chimpanzees on keyboards.

Email hacked and blocked, no help from Microsoft

I will fill in what my previous complaint was, I have posted since earlier this year with this problem and never get help.

Ok...I figured I'd explain this problem 100% clearly as I have moaned, complained, rang in and posted so many times over the past few months that it's getting beyond annoying and I'm paying for every day I'm not using it.

Ok awhile back I tried signing in to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. I have had this account since 1999 and never had problems. Due to its age EVERYTHING I started to do went through it, paypal, facebook, youtube, Xbox membership the works. Then the outlook takeover happened. And then my account got blocked. No reason. 1 day went to sign in blocked.

Upon signing in I got the usual links this is blocked if you want to unblock click links, do security check, pass it and still nothing.

EVERYTIME I ring....I spend about 40minutes explaining my problem, giving new reference numbers to different people, and STILL get sent exactly the same thing...a password reset link. THIS DOES NOT WORK ON BLOCKED ACCOUNTS! I tell them and they say please just click the link, I have done it so many times now I have changed my password over 40 times to random words I see in the house while on the phone to them, even telling them it will not work, they say they'll ring back, and never do.

Only 1 time did I make progress, and that was a congratulations you can unblock your account by clicking this link, to click it and the link not working.....on ANY internet browser(chrome, firefox...even explorer) on 3 different laptops...in 2 different houses.

My main reason of my anger is due to the same link to reset password being passed to me at least 10 times a day, it not working and my kids wanting to go on his xbox account)and mine for the 60+k achievement score and live) but can't because you have to sign in with the blocked account to change the email.....

I have done all the basics, cleared cache, passwords cookies etc, it literally happened as outlook took over and has made my life a quarter impossible due to my online transactions being lost to me.

The most annoying response is

I KNOW! I was HACKED! I have never had trouble like this before in ALL the years since '99 I have used it, so it kinda annoys me how I'm a paying customer to Xbox and ebay and now can't even do basics due to a stupid mistake

PLEASE just...click a button that UNBLOCKS IT

q.com qwest email and xbox security proofs

A long time ago I used a qwest email and attached it to my xbox account. Now my q.com email is inaccessible and I can't change the password to my xbox live account. I used to move the profile with a memory card but the new security proofs want me to update my security and to do that I need my very old xbox live password which I can't remember and to change that password means I need my q.com email, which I do have the password for but century link says doesn't exist and when entered into msn, I get a page that says "Internal Server Error"

All I want to do is replace my xbox live email from my q.com email to my hotmail email so I can fix my xbox password.

So the other day when I turned on my Xbox and go to sign in it says I have to sign in with the Windows Live ID liked to my gamertag. I cannot remember the password for the life of me and have since been desperately trying to remember but microsoft's automated systems are just not helping me at all.

This account is six years old. I never used it for anything. It is SPECIFICALLY so that I can play Xbox. I have since created other Microsoft Accounts but they're not linked to my Xbox in any way - and I can't play online without signing in with the password I cannot remember.

I've filled out the online form time and time again, but can't remember the answer to the security question because it is six years old. I literally have no idea. I can't remember any previous passwords (again, SIX YEARS OLD) and even though I've given card details which I know are right, it's not helping me at all.

What do I do? Ideally I'd like to have an actual conversation with someone from microsoft to try and fix the problem, but I can't find a relevant email address anywhere.

As it stands I'm wasting money on an XBL subscription I can't use, because all of a sudden microsoft are afraid that I'm not me anymore! So annoying.

Any help is appreciated - thanks a lot. :)

Need to regain access to Windows Live ID which is linked to Xbox gamertag.

i have uploaded all my photos to my skydrive account taking up 362.8MB. I have skydrive on my xbox 360 but can i save them to my xbox harddrive via the xbox skydrive app and in turn delete all the photos from my running so slow laptop. If bot can i delete them anyway and still be able to see them on skydrive?

I am blocked out of my email that i use for xbox live.... it worked on my xbox 360 (original white) and i bought some games and dlc etc. and now when i try to login on someone elses 360 or on my pc because my xbox got a red ring of death so i would like to get some help regaining control of my account. Also my extra email was with a internet provider i am no longer with and i have no cell setup on that account....

Hello. I have recently bought a windows phone and the xbox account automatically linked to my microsoft account is actually my brothers which is inactive. I suppose when I created it years ago I used my email address. I would like to know how I can remove his old XBOX account off of my microsoft account. I then need to add my actual XBOX account to my microsoft account.
